“Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊”

“Over all it was good. Helpful staff. Breakfast ok, Nothing to brag about. I know they don't really enter your room anymore but they could at least take the trash and dirt towels I mean come on. They did when I asked but 8 shouldn't have to ask especially for the trash”

“Housekeeping needs improvement had a few days no service had to search out towels and toilet paper, pool area very dirty food and trash laying about for days. Beds are horrible. Sink in middle definitely old.”

“The night time general manager was very friendly and personable. She made sure we got the room we needed due to my daughter being in a wheelchair. I would stay here again.”

“The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. The cleaning staff did a nice job cleaning our room halfway through our stay. We loved being beachfront. It was easy to get to and from the beach. The pool was also very nice. The only thing not convenient was having to pay for parking and the beach chairs/umbrellas there was a fee to rent per day.”

“Room smelled like smoke and nasty . Bed wasn’t made good at all . Tv didn’t work only one channel . Air didn’t cool the room and loud”

“The room was dirty. Our toilet didn’t work. We had to move rooms twice and then the last ones toilet ended up not being able to flush our bed sheets had cigarette burns and what looked like a prostitutes makeup. There was blood on same places on the blanket. Breakfast was supposed to be provided but it was not at all. We checked in around 11:00 and we left by 7:00am. I want a full refund.”
