The waffle machine had very watery batter, the eggs were just swimming in water. We ate breakfast there on the first day and that was it. The front desk staff in the afternoons was not very helpful. “Water heater sounded like it was boiling the whole time so it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounds like metal rattling around in the vent. The roof structure above the patio had a huge crack in it. They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk. “I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Mary Esther! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
