Hotel vicino a Garnier Post Office Museum - Fort Walton Beach

“Exceptional hotel. Clean room. Courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. Only problem i experienced was NOT with the actual room, it was with the booking through Expedia. Traveling with a family of 4, including a child so space was very valuable for a 2 night stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sofabed, and balcony. Room was confirmed by Expedia. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff kindly informed me that they did not have such room available that I booked....

“Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again. ”

“Everything was ok except there being pink mold in the bathroom and the air from the A/C smelled like mildew. The elevators weren’t operating well. There was a delay of the doors opening when stopping at each floor. Sometimes you would have to press the floor number again for it to open. There were two but one wasn’t working majority if the time. ”

“Beautiful view of the beach from our room. Beach was also easily accessible anywhere from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was we never received any housekeeping services throughout our 5 day stay. ”

“Sink would not drain, front door did not shut all the way, overall cleanliness could have been better (bathroom), liked the complimentary Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, not enough parking spots, charge $35 to check in early”

“This was a beautiful place to stay. The only issue I ran into was it looked as F the room had not been cleaned properly before I checked in, but they immediately took care of it and re-cleaned the whole entire room”

“I got this hotel for the Jacuzzi and it was marked off with caution tape and the swimming pool didn't open until noon we got to swim once the ceiling was molded in the pool room and god forbid if u can't walk the stairs to go to the pool they had caution tape on the ramp also so no using it. ”

“Pretty sure there were blood stains on the curtains, and bloody burgers on the wall in the bathroom. We needed a place to crash for a few hours, otherwise would have immediately left. I felt disgusting after staying there. ”
