“Our room was dirty when we got there. There was a screw on the floor which is very dangerous. The bathroom floors were dirty. It was very evident that the floors had not been vacuumed or swept. I went to the front desk to ask to have our room completed cleaned the next day as it was later in the evening. “Property is Not beach front, ice maker on our floor didn’t work, had maintenance in our room twice working on the A/C. Can’t believe this hotel was ever rated a 9, maybe a 7 at best. I would suggest you find an alternative hotel. ”

“Unfortunately we checked out within 30 minutes...there was black mold in the bathroom, water damage, and not clean. Took about 5 minutes to get someone to come to the front desk. Only saw one staff member who seemed to be doing it all. When Expedia reached out about for a refund, the staff available wasnt authorized to do a refund. Avoid this place. ”
