Our room wasn't cleaned for two days in a row, and we had to repeatedly request clean towels, have the trash emptied, and ask for paper cups and other basic amenities. Considering the price, the service was far below our expectations. While a few staff members were polite, the overall level of professionalism was disappointing. “Room and pool are fantastic-everything was very clean and comfortable! Hotel was undergoing renovations/construction while we were there and that was a bit messy and inconvenient periodically in the public areas. The overall area was not great due to the huge amounts of road construction. It’s difficult to get in and out of the hotel driving and not very walkable. The hotel beach is great!”

“Love the accessibility to the pool bar from the beach. The rooms were very nice, great garden view. The $25 a day food allowance was not explained to us and so paid for breakfast then was told after we paid we could have charged it to our room and it would have been covered. So the second day we didn’t even bother with breakfast so that was pretty annoying.”

“Very nice. Right on the beach and we could rent chairs and umbrella on the site. No lugging them. They set it up for you. Beach was clean and accessible. Breakfast was nice and plenty of seating”

“Water heater sounded like it was boiling the whole time so it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounds like metal rattling around in the vent. The roof structure above the patio had a huge crack in it. They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk. “Been dealing with being charged $1,000 for a room I didn’t stay in plus the one I did. The person that occupied the actual room also paid so they’ve made double now on that room. It’s been over a week and it’s very frustrating when they have to make sure they made a mistake before they’ll refund the money. I’ve shown my receipts and the other person has too.
