“Breakfast was good each morning with difference things each day. Rooms were clean. Staff was ok.”

“We were welcomed by the staff and our room was ready when we arrived at 12:10 p.m. I had registered online and did not have to wait for the 4 p.m. normal checkin. No early check in fees. The location was excellent, beach view with balcony. Parking was easy but $25 per day. Our room was clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room and coin laundry available on our 5th floor, and possibly on each floor.”

“Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again. ”

“The room was clean and the shower was wonderful. Hot water and lots of pressure. We had to get our on towel s and toiletries when we ran out. No housekeeping visited our room. 3,night stay. You have to pay a third party for parking which was $15.00 a day plus taxes. The balcony view was great, the beds were soft and the room was quiet. ”

“Parking was on the street. It did not feel secure. The area is industrial and it was very dark. The is one actual parking place that is the handicapped spot. The listing says free self parking, which is technically not a lie, but it is VERY deceiving. Im from the area and i would not have picked this place if I knew the parking situation. Parking is almost NEVER an issue and I was very disappointed. ”

“Every staff member I spoke to especially at the front desk seemed bothered to assist. The hallways and rooms are dirty and there were other guests screaming and carrying on. Banging doors and shouting past midnight and thru the early hours of the morning. Every time I tried to call front desk to ask them to send someone to address the issue…the line was busy…for hours and fast busy like they turned it off. Pools are clean but that’s it…everything else is dirty and unkempt and unless you are...

“We stayed on the top floor and beachfront and it was absolutely beautiful. The resort felt pet friendly but there wasnt an overwhelming amount of dogs. The onsite restaurants were nice and a short walk to the pier and boardwalk was also a plus. We cant way to go back!”

“Parking was very tight. Doors let in the sound from every car and motorcycle that drove in. Kids running up and down the stairs and up and down the halls. Someone having a picnic in one of the few parking places left. It is on a busy street and it was noisy.”

“The room was clean, the breakfast is fine but needs more fresh fruit options, and the two coffee machines are a great addition but one stopped working and there was only one available for everyone, which was not enough at all! Maybe have brewed coffee already made for quick and efficient access. The hotel staff were great, especially Chloi and Francine, who were exceptional! Lesette was awful! She was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional! If you encounter Lesette, make sure to ask...
