Hotel vicino a John Beasley Park - Fort Walton Beach

“Friendly and helpful staff and great beach, but won’t be staying here again. Room wasn’t ready until more than an hour after check-in, trash left in hallways for at least two days, balcony door didn’t lock (and, on the 2nd floor, was accessible from other rooms), previous occupant’s dirty towels left in room, unidentified crust smeared down wall beside bed, very noisy hallways. Food at cantina wasn’t good; I ordered the $20 caesar salad with chicken from the menu and waited 30 min because they...

“Property is Not beach front, ice maker on our floor didn’t work, had maintenance in our room twice working on the A/C. Can’t believe this hotel was ever rated a 9, maybe a 7 at best. I would suggest you find an alternative hotel. ”

“Perfect location that is close to the beach. If the ocean water is too cool, both of the pools are excellent options! The Manatee Bar and Grill has a variety of drinks and great grill food! We stayed in the penthouse and it was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family of 5! The views are stunning!”

“Unfortunately we checked out within 30 minutes...there was black mold in the bathroom, water damage, and not clean. Took about 5 minutes to get someone to come to the front desk. Only saw one staff member who seemed to be doing it all. When Expedia reached out about for a refund, the staff available wasnt authorized to do a refund. Avoid this place. ”

“The room had coffee maker, frig, iron and even a hair dryer but no provision for hanging clothes. Would have appreciated a couple of small outdoor tables with chairs to sit outside besides one concrete table in pool area. ”

“Convenient location, check in process was completed on a kiosk so I was a little nervous that there was no management on site, but I had no issues. The room had a terrible smell and the coverlets on the beds were filthy with big stains on them. I bought air freshener and a blanket. Other than that, the room was clean, no bugs. The ice machine worked. ”
