I came down right away and asked same person at front desk if I could see another room and she said all rooms are the same size. I knew that wasn't true by the pictures posted on internet but decided not to make it an issue. But must say, I was disappointed in her reply. “Amazing place to stay!! The pool and beach were great. The staff were helpful and very nice. The room was clean and house service did a great job. A couple of days they even setup my daughter’s Barbie’s in the bed. It’s more of a family resort, lots to do for the kids. For me that was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The convenience of the pool to the ocean made the trip for us. The point of vacation for us, is not to have to stay in the car the whole trip. We enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant, the breakfast and drinks and even dessert were amazing. No complaints at all, we had kids in tow and enjoyed the beach being family friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.”

“The rooms need microwaves. And my main complaint is how I was charged a day before I arrived. The justification was ‘The hotel is almost completely booked and that helps us avoid declined cards’ not verbatim but I do have a screenshot. I don’t think that idea is conducive. Also, just because a card may decline doesn’t mean that the money isn’t there. People lock their cards.”

“Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊”
