“The room seemed outdated, kind of a moldy smell. The refrigerator was not working in the room as as well as the phone and there was people outside at 5 AM slamming doors. The staff is very friendly and the beach access is wonderful.”

“This was a nice hotel, HOWEVER, on our way home we got a call from management that we had "taken" their laundry basket and would be charged $15. Now, the issue here is that there was no basket in the room upon arrival EXCEPT the WHITE BASKETS we had arrived with! There was no arguing with these people. The accusations ran deep and unless we wanted to drive back and file a complaint in small claims court, there was no way to fight it. I'm still pissed about this. It's not right. Maybe, if...

“Big room, fit up to 6 of us. Brand new kitchen. Big refrigerator can store food for a week stay. Nice patio view. Big and nice bathroom. They have all the kitchen tool. We don’t have to bring anything.”

“SMALL pool on the side of the building, NOT in front of the beach how its usually at in most hotels. That was our biggest mehh moment. But nothing major. The best thing about this hotel is its front of the beach(easy access) and the BREAKFAST. The breakfast its definitely 5 stars. Everyday it was a variety.”

“Parking was terrible. Parking garage was closed for maintenance, but never saw them working on anything for the 4 nights we were there. Pool side bar was ok. You paid a $25 resort fee for pools and beach access but did not include chairs and people wore clothes in pool and babies not in swim diapers. Upside you did get 2 free drinks a day. So evened out if you used the bar. Aggressive breed dogs on property. People smoking cigarettes and marijuana on balconies.”

“This hotel i wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever. The door was messed up had to get 3 sets of keys and had to hit the door with our shoulder to even be able to get in and we couldn’t lock it from the inside. The first night there was cops out side arresting someone. We had to ask several times for towels and toilet paper bc house keeping never came by. There are roaches in the rooms and we woke up with big bed bug bites. The sheets had yellow stains on them. There was trash in the drains. Plz plz...
