Hotel a De Funiak Springs

“If you're looking for the perfect place to stay, this definitely isn't it. Although the staff seem friendly, they aren't. I was questioned by the breakfast prep guy about my stay right after checking out, c'mon man. And then after I checked out, they wouldn't give me a guest receipt. “The room is advertised as having continental breakfast included. When we checked in, the lobby was closed and we had to check in through almost a teller window. At this time, we were informed they no longer did breakfast and it was suppose to be removed from their listings (pictures still showed breakfast too). When we checked in, the towels were still being washed; however we were brought warm towels as soon as they were done. Our kids feet turned black/gray from running around the room...

“I would highly recommend the property, not just because it was new. The staff were all very friendly, every corner we turned, they were cleaning the common area. The breakfast was awesome and they were constantly refilling items that were not even empty yet. They were even constantly cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast service. When we go back next year, we will definitely stay there.”

“Jena was amazing!! They went above and beyond. My sister passed away and they were so kind with words of sympathy and hugs. As we had to extend our stay from 4 nights to 8 nights, they extended us a bereavement rate. They are as asset to Marriott!!!!”
