“Went thru two rooms before we got a room that looked and smelled clean. Housekeeping needs to improve their quality control. The manager did comp us our pet deposit back.”

“The room is advertised as having continental breakfast included. When we checked in, the lobby was closed and we had to check in through almost a teller window. At this time, we were informed they no longer did breakfast and it was suppose to be removed from their listings (pictures still showed breakfast too). When we checked in, the towels were still being washed; however we were brought warm towels as soon as they were done. Our kids feet turned black/gray from running around the room...

“We stayed here recently for a family wedding, and we were very pleased with our stay. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were nice and cool and Chef Arnie was very inviting. It isn’t like a traditional hotel where there is someone at the desk 24/7, so if you’re a person who requires that kind of attentiveness, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. “All staff and management were extremely kind and helpful. They let me check in 2 hours early for no extra cost. Housekeeping only services rooms after every three nights. That leaves you taking care of your own trash and towel exchange for three days. “Such a clean place to stay. Definitely a hidden gem. The staff was so nice. The carpet even felt clean. You could tell they take pride in their hotel. We usually book a hotel on our way to Panama City and I don't think I would book a hotel anywhere else. I will definitely be a returning customer. The bedding was clean. The air conditioner was great. I can't say enough good things about staying here.”
