This beautiful cozy cottage is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. Located just 18 miles from beautiful 30A beaches and sits between Destin and Panama City Beach.

The unpaved driveway offers parking space for two cars. Just follow the beautiful rope fence to your destination.

Inside, you'll find a cozy, comfortable, and stylish home with all the amenities you need for your stay. The open layout and large windows allow for plenty of natural light, and the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up meals.

The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, sink, and vanity. A hairdryer is also available for your use.

There’s plenty of seating with the outdoor furniture and adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Fire up the grill and have a delicious BBQ meal while enjoying the serene outdoor environment and watching wildlife. The fire pit is the perfect place to gather in the evening. Make some s’mores and tell stories, or just admire the beautiful starry night sky.

There are two homes on the property. Main House and Cozy Cottage, the distance between houses is 40ft. You are currently in the Cozy Cottage. Both houses are available for rental. If you would like to book the Cozy Cottage along with the Main House, you will need to make a separate booking for each home. Please see the details below.

As a guest, you have access to the full home, including all indoor spaces, and the back porch and fire pit. You can easily check in with the smart lock and enjoy all the amenities!

▶ Please bring wood for the fire pit and charcoal and lighter fluid if you would like to grill.

▶ Guests must be age 25 years or older. Anyone under 25 must have in-room adult supervision. Adults must stay in the unit and be available at all times.

▶There is a fence on the property which separates us from our neighbors on the back part of the property. The sides and front of the property are unfenced.

The property has two separate homes: the Cozy Cottage and the Main House, located about 40 feet apart and separated by a privacy fence.

Important: The Cozy Cottage does NOT have access to the pool. The pool is for the Main House only, unless both homes are booked together.

The Main House accommodates up to 8 guests and has the private pool
