Weekend a Bonn/Koln
Camera molto piccola ma molto pulita. Hotel dotato di wifi e zona fitness. Abbiamo scelto l'hotel per spostarci tra Bonn e Colonia ed è in posizione ottima. Il centro di Bonn è raggiungibile in 15' con il tram, l'autostrada è vicina all'hotel.

Fleck auf dem Bettlaken. Nächtliches Jucken im Bett. Duschkabine nicht dicht. Tolles Design, ruhige Lage, leichter Check-In. Bei Ankunft gab es ein Feueralarm, wir mussten raus. Wir haben nie Mitarbeiter am Empfang oder Umgebung gesehen. Gefrühstückt haben wir außerhalb

Amazing value for money
Amazing room, property was very clean and they provided some amenities like drinks and snacks that were very nice too. Check-in and -out was seamless and very easy/convenient. Location was great too, as there are both supermarkets and food places nearby and the city center was only a short bus ride away, with the bus stop right outside the door.

Let Down By The Bathroom
The room was comfortable and well equipped but the bathroom had issues. The drain to the shower was blocked and resulted in the flooding of the room's floor. The issue was hair in the drain - and we shouldn't have had to clear this to make the shower serviceable. We had to use our bath towels to mop up the water. There was no body gel in the shower dispenser. There was only a part used roll of toilet paper. It soon ran out.

Wir waren das dritte Mal im Gallery Design Hotel und finden es immer wieder sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Badezimmer ist sehr groß. Bademäntel lagen auf unseren Wunsch schon auf dem Zimmer. Pool und Sauna Bereich haben wir ebenfalls benutzt, zwar klein aber macht Spaß. Nur den Boden sollte man öfters reinigen, der war leider was dreckig. Das Bett ist auch etwas zu hart. Ansonsten wieder mal schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir waren schon zweimal im Gallery Design Hotel, beide Aufenthalte waren super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich am Check-in, wir haben nach Bademäntel und nach der Sauna gefragt, die wir am Abend dann auch benutzt haben. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, vor allem das Bad ist sehr groß. Der Room Service war sehr schnell und es hat geschmeckt. Abends konnten wir den Pool und die Sauna ganz allein nutzen, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Pool ist groß und es macht Spaß dort zu schwimmen, die Sauna war und das Dampfbad waren leider sehr klein, da wir alleine dort waren hat uns das nicht gestört. Wir haben direkt vor dem Hotel kostenlos geparkt, wobei es auch an den Seitenstraßen genügend Parkplätze gab. Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit gutem Service, kommen gerne ein drittes Mal.
