Had two rooms. One of the non smoking rooms smelled of smoke, had dirty blanket on one of the beds, missing door latch for locking, dirty walls, and TVs didn't work. Breakfast was luke warm at best and biscuits were hard and under done at the same time.

The staff was friendly. The hotel is older and showing its age some the ceiling in our bathroom was peeling in several places and there was some mold starting to form on the walls above the shower. The room itself was ok. In my opinion it would be better to remove the table and replace with a desk and the walls could use a bit of TLC. The beds were comfortable. The pillows could be replaced they have outlive their comfort. However for the lower price hotels and Motels it was definitely a good choice. I would stay again.

It was quiet, clean, could use some upgrades, the bed was really nice, it was bug free so that was definitely a plus, person at thw desk was friendly. Would stay again.

Very affordable motel but you get what you are paying for. It’s an older motel not in the greatest shape but if you’re wanting a cheap place to stay to get away for the weekend it serves its purpose. Blankets and towels all clean and front desk people were polite. No real complaints. Would probably stay there again.

Checked in on March 23,2024. Went to the room and found a knife and tools lying out on the counter. No place to hang clothes. It was knocked down. Bathroom was a disaster. No water to flush the toilet and putty and plaster all over the bathroom ceiling and walls. The flooring had 3 pieces that were 10 shades lighter than the rest of the floor. I have pictures of Room 115 However, after returning knives and tools to the front desk I was told he was unaware of the situation and would check for another room when he had time. We left and found another room at a very nice hotel. Please do not subject Branson visitors to this rude unfit hotel. I want my money refunded and I am in pursuit of the owner and the Branson Social media to shut this place down. My wife and I are seniors and have NEVER been treated this way.

Staff is amazing. They are welcoming and friendly not only upon check in. But beyond that as well. The rooms are clean and quiet. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. Or even for taking a day off. The environment is safe and never loud. We're close to many amenities and attractions. Great hotel on a friendly budget!

Apparently closed but will still take your money
We booked it and paid for it and when we got there no one was at the front desk. We called a dozen times over the next couple of hours with never an answer or an answering service. We stopped by 3 times. It is apparently closed even though someone was obviously staying there in one room. Horrible customer service to leave your hotel ‘available’ for booking when closed for the season and even more so not having any sort of answering service or anything at all.

Don’t pay more then $50
It’s a $50 hotel.. you get what you pay for. If you have a high tolerance for uncleanliness then you will be fine, but if you don’t like stains on the sheets and towels and hair on the blankets then stay away. The bed is fine not great.

The room had a gap around the door that let some cold air and smoke from someone outside into the room, but the heater helped to clear the air. Next door was a paved lot that looked like it was another hotel that was demolished

Overall, I had a relatively pleasant day the place was clean and convenient… However, the safety latch on the door was broken and the smoke alarm needed. The battery changed and kept beeping all night long. The beds could’ve used some warmer blankets. However, I would stay there again.

The bedspread has what appeared as donut droppings and the floor was nasty. No stopper in sink and just 2 towels. A bra was on the floor from a previous guest which made me feel the floors had not been swept. Dessert at night was a few cookies no trash can liners in breakfast area and coffee from morning left on counter. We did not chance eating breakfast for fear of getting sick since the cleanliness was lacking. Told the clerk about problems on our departure and she said she could give me 10% off next stay and I said we won’t be back. Hopefully you can give me a portion of my stay for last night.

Really enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable the room was clean. They had a good breakfast and cookies every evening that were delicious. The men in the office were so helpful and friendly. They interacted with my children and gave them more cookies from the back when we accidentally missed the dessert time one evening! They kept giving us spare blankets when we needed them because we would freeze ourselves out with the air conditioner! And then we would burn ourselves out with the heater! It worked really well no matter if it was on heat or air haha. The location was really good for us as well! Super close to wal mart and McDonald’s lol the two best places ever if you ask my children 😂. I really have nothing negative to say! Thank you Dockers Inn for a wonderful family weekend stay!

1 night stay, foul odors from beds.
Short, overnight trip to Branson with my daughter. The hotel was easy to find, Carrie at the front desk was beyond helpful, genuine, professional, and nice! Our first room that she assigned to us, when checking the bed for “critters”, as I always do, found a very large, unidentifiable brown, wet stain on the mattress, near the head of the bed. Called the front desk and Carrie quickly reassigned us to another room. Second room appeared to be OK, new flooring and bed frames, but as rundown as the rest of the hotel appeared upon arrival. The beds checked out to be clean from “bugs and debris” at first appearance, but during the night, a very strong smell of body odor, along with cigarette smoke coming from the pillows, sheets, and mattress, strong enough to wake me up. (I had showered before bed, so not me). Had to change beds to be able to go back to sleep. The next morning, cigarette smoke from people smoking outside of our room, came through the air conditioning vent. Also, no blankets or even bed comforters were provided, just a top flat sheet, got very cold during the night and had to turn on the heat. Breakfast was provided in the morning, was adequate and filling. Would have like to see some juices other than a sweet punch or lemonade. When Carrie at the desk was told about the room conditions, she was very apologetic and said she would let the owners know. I really liked Carrie and all that she did for us, but I will not be staying there again.

Short stay, so I thought I’d give it a try and normal go to places were booked for those dates. Staff was nice and helpful. Dated rooms needed a lot TLC! CEILING PEELING, wall paper coming off, stained towels, really needed a deep cleaning. No dogs allowed, but yet we saw several and one even in the breakfast area. Grandson found what he thought were balloons turned out to be (insert your imagination) by the pool area.

Nasty dirty room!!
We had to wait on our room to get ready once we checked in the sink was all brown where it hadn’t been cleaned. My granddaughter socks were black black from walking around in the nasty floor. Wall paper is peeling from the wall. Only good part was it had a smart tv. Will not return!!

The property is in a good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. I called that I would be 15-30 mins late to check-in and the reception staff was very nice to and wait for me. The pool is ok but a little bit dirty with some debris. The rooms look nice but it's quite old and some of the bedding had a little bit of stains. Bathroom is small. They clean the room daily and make the bed, too. That was nice. Breakfast is ok. Your normal waffles, sausage gravy, biscuits, eggs, and sausage patties. Dining area is ok but one table is a little bit unstable. The TV always defaults to max volume every time you turn it on. The rooms are nice and cool. The beds aren't too bad comfort-wise. Better than most motels and inns. You get new towels every day, if used. Trash is also emptied daily.

This hotel was very odd. They said they offered a dessert bar in the evening but it was a couple of chocolate chip cookies and muffins that were also served at breakfast. We had two rooms and they were all mixed matched. One room had comfy beds but the air conditioner was so old. The other room had beds that were hard as rocks and no blankets but the air conditioner was newer.

Disappointed Trip
I had stayed at Dockers several times, but this time I was very Disappointed. My family stayed from 8-31-Sept 3, the grass wasn't mowed, cricket dead in the bathroom, the bath tub faucet leaked, the refrigerator didn't work,the internet was spotty you could only watch tvfor about 10 minutes then it buffers, just an overall bad experience, on the good side the bed was very comfortable.
