Comfortable cabin in the Woods
The cabin was very private and comfortable. It had everything we needed except shampoo! Bring your own! Beautifully decorated & the wifi and TV worked great!

Gorgeous property
My husband and I absolutely loved the Oakridge cabin for our 8th anniversary celebration. Beautiful scenery and enjoyed seeing the deer in the mornings. The hot tub was a great bonus to our stay.

Cute get away cabin
Very clean quaint cabin nestled in the woods with privacy. It has the comforts of home with WiFi, TV, & coffee makers. Even a hot tub! We had an enjoyable, relaxing time.

The pics actually don’t do justice! It’s tucked back in the woods! The house is separate form hot tub and has this beautiful walkway over to hot tub that’s romantic! It’s small but I todays world it’s all two people need to live happily ever after! Beautiful front porch! Downside is this and minor! All of these Dam cabins if you mess up and turn the gas logs the wrong way and lose pilot! ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN HOUSE FIRE place STARTED! I mean degree from MIT!!! Cooling system could be better as well in bedroom! Overall we didn’t care much about those amenities but in summer or wintertime could be a problem!!

Perfect weekend getaway
My husband and I came to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We wanted to stay somewhere that felt cozy and this cabin was perfect! Everything was so clean and nice. The hot tub was the best part! The cabin was so close to all of the shops and restaurants in the town. We will definitely be back!

VRBO Notes on Oakridge Cabin
Owner needs better explanation of which cabin it is once on the road if the cabin. Never could get fireplace to come on using owner’s instructions. Not a good idea to have each cabin with the same entry code.

Thank you for the review. I am sorry to hear that you had trouble with the fireplace, we would have been happy to assist you with any issues that you had during your stay. Each cabin has signs on the property identifying the property and no 2 cabins are assigned the same code at any given time. Thank you for your stay..

Wonderful stay!
Very clean, neat, tidy. Secluded because of trees and brush blocking view to cabins nearby. Deer grazing everyday, squirrels, and bird sounds were relaxing with coffee sitting on porch. Hot tub was clean, warm and ready upon arrival, perfect after a day of driving. Clear exit instructions were appreciated. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

Great Cabin!
The cabin was super CLEAN! Had everything we needed. The hot tub was GREAT! It's not shown in pictures as I think it's a later add on, there is a deck added to the cabin with the hot tub. There is a little store 1 minute up the road, I was worried we would be able to see its lights but thank goodness you CANNOT see the stores lights from the cabin, you can however hear the live band that plays sometimes from another location further into hochatown. We did not hear them Thursday or Friday, only Saturday night. But hey.. at least it was good music! Which is why I rated the location 3 starts instead of 5. Even with that being said, I would most definitely stay here again! Best cabin I have stayed in by far and conveniently located near accesses to the rivers and lake.

Great getaway cabin for 2!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean, had everything we needed, the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby every night! The location was perfect to town and not far from lake activities and the hot tub in the evening was a fun bonus! I recommend this little place to anyone and will stay again!!

This was the perfect place for a quite getaway. Enjoying the fresh air and seeing all the beautiful fall colors. We loved everything about the cabin. the location, the deer visiting every morning It was all so wonderful. Already planning on going back for our next getaway.

Little piece of Heaven!
This cabin is very peaceful and serene nestled under many beautiful trees. This cabin was ready for us upon arrival. We took a well needed nap on Saturday! Cooked out and relaxed in the hot tub! We did have a visitor around 9pm from an armadillo but he didn’t stay long. We enjoyed the stay so much. The cabin had everything we needed. We plan to come again.

Perfect in every way!
We stayed at Oakridge Honeymoon Cabin for four days to have a little quiet time together and to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The reservations process went smoothly and host was quick at answering a couple questions. The cabin was just as pictured and absolutely spotlessly clean and the decor was just perfect for a cabin in the woods. As we drove up, we were greeted by a deer in front of the house which was a nice welcome. Everything we could have needed was provided. The bed was super comfortable and we absolutely loved the rock shower. There were beautiful views from the many windows. The area was nice and quiet. We did have one simple question during our stay. We left a message and the host called us back promptly with the answer. This is definitely a five star cabin! We highly recommend it!

Great secluded location but close to shops and activities.
Wonderful cabin, beautiful amenities, very clean and well furnished. Need extra towel racks or hooks to hang things. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

2022 vacation
This cabin was secluded even though there were other cabins in the area. We were blessed to have multiple 🦌 deer sightings including twin babies! Everything you need for a great trip. Will put it on our revisit list.
