He listened to my concern about a quiet room, near the back door to get some sleep & exit in the early morning; and he changed my room to a more mutual satisfaction. “the room was excellent ...the staff great and attentive to our needs. did notice that the flags out front are a bit frayed...that in the pool area could use better exhaust system to remove the humidity collecting on the glass and effecting the walls.”
