The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and informative. The room could use thicker window treatment as the outside lights shone through the blinds. “The room was clean and in good condition. The AC barely worked and what sounded like the fridge was making horrible sounds. The shower head had good pressure but terrible water distribution. Lots of crying kids and barking dogs, and overall just a ton of noise from the hotel systems overall. Bed was pretty comfy and the pillows were great. Main reason for 3 stars overall is due to the excessive noise made by the hotel itself which made it hard to sleep and the AC having a very hard time cooling...

“It honestly served its purpose for what we were looking for which is a room to rest our heads at night with heat, a bathroom, and a shower. We spent our entire day out fishing so we did not need somewhere to stay that required to entertain us. My only wish would be a microwave in the room, but there is a microwave available for use in the main room. My only complaint was the propane bottle was empty when looking to use the grill, and staff was called and problem reported but no call back was...

“We did have an issue with noise and lumpy bed but the staff was great and got us a new room that resolved those issues. The rooms were clean and well kept. The lobby was lovely. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub.”
