“We did have an issue with noise and lumpy bed but the staff was great and got us a new room that resolved those issues. The rooms were clean and well kept. The lobby was lovely. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub.”

“Very helpful staff. They are renovating some areas, but there is no construction debris lying around like you usually see with hotel renovations. Room was clean. Everything was in good working condition. Lots of hot water. Extra blanket in the closet if needed, which is rare these days. There were decent toiletries in the bathroom, which was nice since I left mine in the car & didn't feel like going back out. Character meets extraordinary comfort as you will sleep sound as a pound in this safe, beautiful town with shops walking distance and the best little coffeehouse/bakery.
