“Room was clean. Slow bathtub and sink drains (staff has been informed). Day staff was excellent. Carlos was especially nice. Night staff clerk was not as nice or gelpful”

“My stay was outstanding, the staff was very professional and willing to answer any question or handle any issue that I had. My room was clean and so was the whole building, the staff kept the floors spot less even with snow on the ground outside. When I come back to this area, I will be staying here the best hotel in the area.”
