Mi scuso per le imperfezioni riscontrate nella pulizia della camera. Ho immediatamente informato il responsabile del reparto housekeeping affinché vengano presi i provvedimenti necessari per garantire il rispetto dei nostri elevati standard qualitativi. Come indicato sul sito ufficiale e su Booking, Hubert non offre il servizio di prima colazione, quindi non è incluso nella tariffa. Tuttavia, i nostri gentili ospiti sono sempre invitati a gustare un pasto presso Foodmaker, una catena di ristoranti belga il cui ristorante si trova in una parte del piano terra dell'hotel.Salute!Signor HubertMr. Hubert

Comunicherò la cosa al reparto di preposto, che agirà di conseguenza.Sono desolato per il disagio subito a causa dei rumori provenienti dall'esterno. Ogni camera dell'albergo è dotata di finestre con doppi vetri proprio per garantire un isolamento acustico ottimale. Sono dispiaciuto che ciò non sia bastato ad assicurarle la quiete necessaria per il suo riposo. Terrò conto della sua opinione per migliorare ulteriormente questo aspetto della nostra proposta.Sono davvero felice della sua valutazione riguardo il nostro servizio.
