Ottima posizione nel centro di Palermo! Questo splendido appartamento in un classico edificio francese della metà del secolo ha molti aggiornamenti e tocchi decorativi che renderanno la vostra visita a Buenos Aires piacevole e confortevole. I giardini botanici, il parco Las Heras, Alto Palermo, Palermo Soho, Palermo Hollywood e Recoleta sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi.

L'appartamento si trova a un isolato dalla metropolitana e autobus e taxi sono a portata di mano. Le nuove finestre con doppi vetri portano al sole assicurando al contempo un'oasi di tranquillità in cui tornare a casa. I due bagni hanno entrambi un'ampia cabina doccia. I was impressed with the great location, cleanliness, and comfort the apartment had to offer. First and foremost, the location was absolutely fantastic. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, which made it incredibly easy to explore all the local attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Whether it was strolling down charming streets, dining at fantastic restaurants, or visiting popular landmarks, everything was just a stone's throw away. I couldn't have asked for a more ideal location for my vacation. The cleanliness of the apartment was remarkable. As soon as I stepped inside, I was met with a spotless and well-maintained space. It was evident that the property was carefully and thoroughly cleaned before my arrival, which instantly put my mind at ease. The attention to detail in maintaining a clean and tidy environment greatly enhanced my overall experience. Moreover, the apartment was incredibly comfortable. The furnishings and amenities provided were top-notch. The bed was plush and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the living area was inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare meals at my convenience, adding to the convenience of my stay. I also appreciated the prompt and responsive service from the team. Perfect location
My husband, niece and I had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with the efficiency of communication, and the amount of information we got from Robert about how to get around the city, currency exchange, and local activities. Carmen was very helpful in anticipating our needs and helping us with the check in and check out process. If I could give more than 5 stars for this property, I would!

Amazing Apartment
Look no further! A lovely apartment with all the amenities. It was very comfy and cozy. There are many cafes, market, bakeries all close by. The building is well kept and is in a safe location. Robert is amazing, very caring and shared a lot of information. We had such a good time in Buenos Aires. Thanks for a wonderful and a memorable time!

Exceptional Palermo Apartment
Robert is an exceptional host and was available for questions and recommendations during our stay. The apartment is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The transit system is easy to use. Wonderful host
This is a clean, attractive apartment, with very good lighting, in a charming old fashioned building in the commercial center of Palermo. Although it is a busy neighborhood, the apartment is quiet due to double glazed windows and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms which was a selling point, and the main bedroom is very comfortable. The other bedroom can either be used as a sitting room, guest room or children's room. We were supposed to stay for two and a half weeks, but because of the coronavirus, and the suspension of flights to the US, we had to leave after 2 nights and 3 days. Through everything, from greetings us to our departure, Robert Osika was unfailingly welcoming, helpful and understanding. A sincerely nice person. He knew we were interested in museums and galleries and had enthusiastic recommendations in that department. Also for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Too bad we didn't get to stay and take advantage of all of his recommendations. But, Robert also had good suggestions on how we should proceed when we found our flight cancelled and needed to quickly figure out what to do.

Loved our time at Robert's apartment in Buenos Aires
What a great time we had in Buenos Aires! The apartment was fantastic. Nice amount of of space, very clean and well appointed. The location was great; centrally located with easy access by walking and public transportation to all points of interest in the city. And we felt very safe in the neighborhood. But Robert was the best part. He helped us to arrange transport to and from the airport. He gave us great tips for what we needed to know to navigate the city and Argentina (i.e. money exchange, public transportation and recommendations on things to do). We could not have asked for a better host. Thanks for the great stay!

Fabulous Fabulous Buenos Aires
This apartment in Barrio Norte is in a perfect location. Flower stand outside the doors, market around the corner, restaurants everywhere marks this spot. We walked for days and barely touched BA. Robert is a brilliant host, helpful and caring. The apt is nicely appointed and worked for 4 of us just fine. AC is nice at night when it is hot outside. Kitchen well equipped and there is great water pressure for your showers. We highly recommend this VRBO
