Fantastic stay in Palermo
This unit was quite spacious for a one-bedroom - including the large exterior balcony and second bathroom. Very comfortable large bed and well kept apt w/great working AC. The location was perfect, close to everything and literally a stone's throw from the gorgeous 3rd De Febrero Park. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood w/restaurants, stores & everything at our fingertips. The host was very responsive and helpful, and provided maid service weekly. We strongly recommend this immaculate, very comfortable unit. Thanks for a great visit Juan!!

Great experience!
Our stay felt very comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this unit which is close to markets, parks, restaurants and other great areas of town. We stayed for a whole month and recommend long stays as well. The weekly maid service was outstanding. The host is very accommodating and pleasant too!!

Wonderful stay
We had the perfect stay. The owner, Juan, was extremely communicative pre-trip, during the trip, and post trip. He met us at the apartment to go over everything and to handover the keys. He called the following day to make sure we found everything we needed. He also offered to help us with any needs. Including information about tours or transportation. The apartment is well situated. It is in a beautiful neighborhood where we felt completely safe. It’s also one block off the main boulevard that will take by you into city center. Buses and Taxis are readily available and inexpensive. There are also plenty of markets and restaurants around the apartment. It is more than ample in size. Nice open family room, full bedroom, full bath, and half bath. The kitchen is stocked adequately for short stays. The washer and dryer were a real plus as was Netflix on the tv. We will definitely look to stay in this apartment again in our next visit to Buenos Aires. Juan is the perfect host.

Better than expected!
Juan’s place was much more than I expected. Having 2 bathrooms was great! The location was close to restaurants, coffee shops, the Jumbo grocery store, a park to exercise at, a gym, oh and my Botox doctor! On top of that a cleaning lady came on Thursdays!!!! That was a real treat. Juan was a very attentive host. Would definitely stay again and refer all my friends.

Spacious apartment
This place was a generous size for an apartment in Buenos Aires. The additional half bath was nice and the living room was sooo large. In safe and secure building and a great neighborhood. Many grocery stores, cafes, bakeries and restaurants within a block or two. Juan was an attentive host and it was nice to have a cleaning service mid-week. If you are thinking about staying in a hotel, stay here instead, you will be glad you did.

We have travelled the world and have stayed in some extraordinary properties but this stay was special because of the personal attention by the property manager Juan Cruz. Never in all of our travels have we felt more at home. Juan’s attention to not just the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of this property, but his attention to our comfort, ease, and ensuring all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction was nothing short of Five Star! I challenge any luxury world wide chain to make us feel as welcome as he did. Then to have that fantastic location close to world class sites, parks, museums, etc was just incredible icing on a perfect cake! We recommend this property without reservation and with the highest rating we could give! Thanks to Juan.

This rental rates a 💯! Juan, the property manager, was on point and extremely accomodating. We were impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the unit. And it has a clothes dryer! That was a huge bonus which my Argentine relatives marvelled at. Not many places outside of North America have clothes dryers so we feel it was a nice touch. The neighborhood is in the middle of everything yet it is located in a quiet, leafy street which abounds with neighborhood shops and restaurants. My husband didn't want to leave! He wanted me to go home just to pick up the dog and come back lol! I can't recommend this rental enough. Staying here would upgrade your trip to a first class experience!

AWESOME!
This is my new go to property (family & friends also) in Buenos Aires from now on. Location is perfect, walking distance Palermo park/lake, Hipodromo, cafes, restaurants, shopping, subte and very close to Soho, Hollywood, Belgrano/Nunez surrounding cities yet still close enough to Recoleta and Microcentro..... The building is in very good shape and the apartment is just perfect in every sense, very comfortable! Juan and his Mom are the best hosts ever! We had an outstanding experience! Thank you!

Even better than listed!
I fell in love with this property and there is so much to share about it. The door is super secure and the building is private to electronic key fob access. The floor plan is perfect for having friends over with the 1.5 baths. The decor is even more updated than pictured... very modern. The balcony is wonderful for fresh air, people watching or even reading. The glass doors to the balcony are thick enough to block out most of the sound of the streets. Smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom with cable and premium movies. The bed is very comfortable and the black-out curtains are appreciated. A cafe right downstairs, in addition to being located near a great park, a few restaurants, and more. Perfect spot!

Just amazing. Better than expected
First of all Juan is so cute and attentive. He made sure I had all I needed for my stay. Check in process was super easy and the apartment is breath taking. Even better than in the pictures since there’s new furniture superbly designed and so functional. I had everything I could ever need to cook, plenty of towels, the air conditioners are freezing cold so that’s an amazing feature for someone used to USA temperatures. If you’re looking for a place to stay don’t doubt booking this apartment. The noghborhood is so beautiful too. Two blocks away from a huge park and lake. I can’t wait to go back

Everything was perfect. The location is close to metro in a good surrounding with shops and restaurants. Even the sightseeing bus passes in a distance of some blocks. The apartment provides everything you need for a comfortable stay and last but not least the hospitality of the owner is absolutely top.

Needs refurbishment
I'll give the previous reviewers a dubious benefit of the doubt and just assume that the condition of this rental has deteriorated with time, heavy use and neglect. However, I relied on those inaccurate reviews to make our month-long decision to stay there in March, 2018. I would never stay there again. First, the good. The manager is helpful and responsive. The housekeeper also does an excellent job. The location is very good for an extended stay. It's noisy, but it's a noisy city. Now, the rest. Except for the balcony chairs, the furniture is very uncomfortable. The sofa is deeply cracked, cheap leather and a real back-breaker. Those red chairs are about as comfortable as they look. The refrigerator often sounds like a muted jackhammer and the LR A/C was even worse. On arrival, we asked the manager to fix it. A technician arrived two days later, said it needed a replacement part and nothing further happened for the entire month of our stay. Fortunately, the weather cooled down and we only needed to run it when we were out of the apartment. While the housekeeper's weekly cleaning keeps the basics covered, the drapes, rug and bed covers/linens are nothing short of gross. That floor lamp in the photos? Broken and not repaired or replaced during our month-long stay. The door on the washing machine hangs from one hinge. Getting the picture? All this points to an owner (not the manager) who cares little for the upkeep of this apartment or the comfort of VRBO tenants. Take my word for it. You do not want to stay here.

Hola Stephen, Thanks for take the time and give this note, unfortunately im not agree at all and seems the rest of the “innacurate reviewers” —as you call our past guest— not too. Seems those past 30 guest who leave a review are not so smart as you, they pass thru a terrible stay in the apartment and just give us a great review. Now seriously, I never reply a review so i guess this will be the first time and hope the last one. Sometimes we have different visions at the things with our guest so its my duty take those comments and be open to all the suggestions they can do to offer a better experience to our next future visitors, thats the idea of a review in my personal opinion...., but I will not do that this time considering yours are malicious and deceitful. In your case I can vote as the worst tenants we have in history of my 7 years working with the apartments, we have more than 300 guest in the past in our four apartments so good job. I will just mention for good taste not the personal details, just like to share with the rest of the VRBO community that you both not have the minimum interest in the city, attractions or history at all since you arrive. Next time just go to a beach or some theme park, I guess at least that will help you to “relax” a little bit more and will be easier to absorb than a big city with more than 200 years of history and many natural resources to enjoy. I could have more opinions and review as you both as tenants but I guess it’s unnecessary and tastelessness, I will just recommend to any other landlord who can read this note please not rent your place to those two. Juan was the deciding factor!
Last year we had booked another one of Juan's properties and knew what a valuable resource he is. Even though I tend to research a lot before travelling, his suggestions on where to go, what to see, where to eat, were spot on. He is very accessible and responds promptly if you have questions or problems that arise. The apartment itself is in a great location. 5-6 block walk to Subte (subway) on Sante Fe which gets you to Recoletta area in about 15 min and Centro 5 minutes longer. Easy walk to Palermo Soho on the other side of Sante Fe which is very trendy, with lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. The Argentine Experience, Is a 15min walk from the apartment. The beautiful huge Park system is 2 blocks away across Ave de Libertador. It is a must see for an evening stroll, as it is teaming with people running, roller blading, rentable pedal cars, or families out for an evening of fun. The park is well lit and closed to cars in the evening and weekends. Very safe. There is a huge outdoor newer Shopping Mall just across Sante Fe on Godoy Cruz, probably 10 minute walk. Also 5 minutes from the apartment is the Hipodrome. Horse races are held usually 3 times a week all year long. The grounds are spectacular, very stately. There are 2 different clubhouses, one for members and one for the general public where you can place a bet for under $2. The apartment itself is very large and Juan provided us with a Queen size Air mattress for family visitors that stayed with us for 2 weeks. Having the powder room as well as the ensuite main bathroom gave us lots of privacy. Sinclair street was a bit noisy as there is construction going on down the street and you are so close to main streets, but it is a small price to pay for the convenience of being so close to everything....and you are in a major city! Lots of restaurants and coffee shops down the street or around the block. Best medallunas are across the street at the Boulan Bakery! You won't be disappointed if you choose to book this apartment.

O apartamento é muito bonito e bem localizado. Nos arredores há bares, restaurantes, minimercados, sorveteria, farmácia, e um shopping com supermercado e algumas lojas. A velocidade da internet fornecida é muito satisfatória. Plugamos o notebook na TV com um cabo HDMI e assistimos Netflix sem problemas de conexão. A cozinha é bem equipada e dá boa autonomia na estadia: na noite de Ano Novo cozinhamos e jantamos no próprio apartamento. O banho é agradável, as toalhas fornecidas são muito boas: grossas e felpudas. A cama é confortável, assim como as cobertas. Nos sentimos seguros no imóvel e no bairro, não passamos por qualquer problema relativo a segurança. Durante nossa estadia, tudo estava silencioso, foi excelente para descansar. El apartamento es muy bonito y bien situado. En los alrededores hay bares, restaurantes, minimercados, heladería, farmacia, y un centro comercial con supermercado y algunas tiendas. La velocidad de Internet proporcionada es muy satisfactoria. Hemos enchufado el portátil en la TV con un cable HDMI y asistimos a Netflix sin problemas de conexión. La cocina está bien equipada y da buena autonomía en la estancia: la noche de Año Nuevo cocinamos y cenamos en el propio apartamento. El baño es agradable, las toallas suministradas son muy buenas: gruesas y felpudas. La cama es cómoda, así como las cubiertas. Nos sentimos seguros en el inmueble y en el barrio, no pasamos por ningún problema relativo a la seguridad. Durante nuestra estancia, todo estaba silencioso, fue excelente para descansar. The apartment is very charming and well located. Nearby, there are bars, restaurants, minimarkets, ice cream shops, pharmacies and a mall with supermarket and some shops inside. The speed of the Internet provided is very satisfactory. We plugged a notebook into the TV using HDMI cable and watched Netflix without connection problems. The kitchen is well equipped and gives autonomy: on New Year's Eve we cook and dine in the apartment. The bath is lovely, the towels provided are thick and fluffy. The bed is comfortable, just like the covers. We feel safe in the location and in the neighborhood, we do not go through any security issues. During our stay, everything was quiet, it was great to rest.

Perfect Central Location, Palermo SUBTE,
This centrally located 4th floor apartment 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath is perfect for one person or a couple. Spacious living room with WIFI and large screen TV, adequate kitchen facilities. Excellent closet, storage space and ample towels. Short walk to the Palermo subway station and scenic walk to Bellas Artes Museum. 1 block from 2 supermarkets, and local restaurants for pizza, sushi, and croissants and coffee. Juan, the owner, met us at the door with the keys. He was very hospitable and accommodating with recommendations for nearby restaurants (Trapiche ****) and site seeing activities . We would definitely recommend this venue and would book for a return stay.

Nicely appointed, well located modern apartment with attentive host
I enjoyed over a week in this stylish, comfortable, and very reasonably priced apartment. It's located on a quiet street in an upscale residential neighborhood. It has a well equipped kitchen in a large open kitchen, dining and living room area and an adjacent half bath. There's a huge flat screen TV (65"?) with cable TV, Apple TV and DVD player. There is a separate bedroom with queen size bed and a full bath. The apartment faces the street on the fourth floor and has a full length balcony with comfortable seating accessible from sliding glass doors in the living room and bedroom. There's a good neighborhood size market around the corner and a variety restaurants within a short walk. A huge park is very close with lakes and a huge rose garden and beautiful Japanese Garden. The central tourist attractions are accessible via subway, bus or taxi. The subway is a ten minute walk and costs 5 pesos (35 cents US) and taxis are always plentiful on Avenida del Libertador. A ride to La Plaza de Mayo is about 100 pesos ($7 US). There are two stops of the hop-on hop-off tour bus close by (350 pesos for 24 hours- buy on the bus not on-line where it's $37 US) that I used for touring and familiarization with the city on the great recommendation of Juan, the owner. To give you an idea of the scale of the city if you like to walk, it took me about 40 minutes for a very pleasant walk to the Cementerio de Recoleta (I planned to visit for an hour and spent the afternoon!). Juan was very friendly and helpful with advice. His English was excellent and he accommodated my bad Spanish with grace. He also advised me on a day trip and tour to Montevideo, Uruguay which was well worth the effort (comfortable 2 hour ferry ride each way with tour bus and good restaurant lunch included - rates are most attractive on the weekend). The only glitch I had was the WiFi Internet was down my first two days as Juan worked diligently to get the non-responsive (typical!) cable company to fix the problem. Once operational it was sufficient to stream the nightly news from the US. The bottom line. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Perfect apartment!!
The is an amazing apartment. Bedroom suite on one side, kitchen and cozy living room on the other. Nice outdoor balcony. Modern furnishings, felt like we were living it up. Great for a couple looking to get away in Buenos Aires. The location is absolutely perfect, loved being near the park for morning runs and the park is closed to cars on weekends making it a fun haven. We walked everywhere (restaurants, shopping, musesums) and the metro is only a few short blocks. Leave room in your suitcase for shoe shopping. Juan is a great host, checking in and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do bases on our personal interests.

The property can be best described in one word: Outstanding.
My 10-day visit to Buenos Aires was greatly enhanced by this homely property (ID 389968), given its generous proportions, its excellent layout and wonderfully designed furnishings and kitchen equipment, its cleanliness, and also by the ease of communication with Mr. Juan Cruz Foti, and by the elegant neighborhood and close-by necessary stores, such as markets, bank, pharmacy, a big variety of restaurants, and so on. My only draw-back (pertaining only to myself), was that it wasn't near transportation, which in my case I had to walk about eight blocks, but I found this to be a slight inconvenience, given all the benefits I had with this property. Very glad I had this experience.

Excellent apartment and location!
We have just returned from spending 12 days in this excellent VRBO. It is exactly as the pictures show in the Palmero park area which is beautiful. The apartment has everything you need and also has a lovely deck to enjoy a coffee or a Malbec. Juan was particularly helpful with all of our questions and gave us many suggestions of great places to see. Thank you Juan. You must go across the street to Bolan, an amazing patisserie and also across the street to a very good sushi restaurant. We would recommend this apartment for any length of stay!
