“All staff and accommodations were excellent, including guest services like the pool, laundry, and exercise facility. Breakfast was great. I really love Home to suites because of the living kitchen and seating areas. I was there for a week and didn’t feel claustrophobic like a regular hotel can sometimes feel.”

“My biggest takeaway from my stay was two things. The first thing that I noticed was no one asked me for my Hilton's rewards number. I am a member and I love staying at Hilton, but after my check and I realized that I wasn't asked was I a member. Unfortunately I did not receive any of the perks that Hilton rewards members get for my stay. The next day I went to front desk to tell them that I was rewards member when the staff just said, oh okay, and that was the end of the conversation about that....

“My husband, son, and I recently stayed here for a college visit. We checked in late on a Wednesday night, about 9:30. The front desk guy was very friendly and professional. When we got to our room, everything looked great. However, after getting ready for bed, I walked past the a/c and it was leaking and the carpet was all wet.
