“The times listed online were wrong for everything. We drove from out of town to come here for fun and we couldn't even use the waterpark till Friday at 4pm. So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. “At 11:00 PM we were startled awake by what sounded like a jackhammer right next to us. The maintenance room shared a wall with our room and I found a man in there working on some kind of cabling. This frightenting noise continued on till about 12:15 PM. AC quit working. Carpet was soaked by the desk area. At 11:30 PM I attempted to get these issues resolved with the staff.
