Bell'hotel peccato wifi non disponibile in camera
Hotel bello e pulito. Le camere dei piani bassi lato citta' sono un po' numerose a causa dei motori dell'aria condizionata. Prendete i piani oltre al settimo. Per un hotel cosi' bello e' abbastanza scandaloso che la wifi in camera non sia libera, e' libera solo nella hall dell'albergo e poco veloce tanto che la partita della Juve in Champions mi e' toccato vederla a singhiozzi causa scarsa connessione...

This hotel doesn't meet the usual Holiday Inn standards. I've stayed in many IHG hotels, but this one falls short. The breakfast options are somewhat limited and acceptable, but it's fair to say it's not a delightful experience.

Dear Mr. Jamal, I would like to express our deep apology for the negative experience you face during your stay at the Hotel which is not our level of standard, a deep investigation had been made and a severe action had been taken toward the responsible persons, concerning the refund we are ready to refund back the 2 nights to the Expedia Virtual credit card sent to us to cover your 3 night stay and that is why our colleague asked you to inform Expedia that we are accepting to refund them as after that they will refund you on your credit card, we are sorry that our colleague did not explain why we should have this procedures as if we refund the amount of money to Expedia they will not refund you back unless they had been notified by your good self, once again we are very regret the inconvenience caused and hoping to see you in the future to express our real level of standard.

I loved the location, the friendliness, the helpful staff and the view. Difficult to think of a negative, maybe the pool could benefit from a shallow end but i was fine with the uniform 1.70m. I will come back again

The hotel is located in a safe area and close to several restaurants. The hotel itself has a couple of nice restuarants (Solis and The View) and a bar. Breakfast buffet was good with lot of options. The rooms were small and only had 2 single beds or 1 double bed for a 3 person reservation. There is a small couch for seating but that doesn't extend as a sofabed. It is very inconvenient for a 3 person stay.

Spent a wonderful time in this nice hotel. The front disk staff are very helpful and extremely professional an friendly. Ibrahim and Karim were very welcoming and kind. Ibrahim is one of reasons why I would like to visit this nice hotel again.

Very nice staff, location is ok. Rooms Nile's view is nice (for the view) but too noisy (trafic).

The position on the river Nile is interesting as one can see the pyramids at both Giza and Saqqara at the same time. Staff were always very friendly and welcoming and accommodating.

Clean and Comfortable
We enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and quiet with functional layouts. The beds are comfortable. The shower water is strong with plenty hot water (we find it’s not always the case in Egypt). The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices. We especially liked the vegetables and fruits, which help to smooth our bodies in the dry desert atmosphere. My only complain is that the hotel attempted to charge us breakfast. They did return the money after we showed our booking includes breakfast. Other than that, everything is perfect.
