Fantastic Easter Week End a Cairo Montenotte
We are a family group of 19 people, 3 generations are represented with ages from 81 to 14 years old. We use to meet 2 or 3 times a year. We are coming from 3 different countries in Europe. The house il perfect to host this kind of event. The bed rooms are exactly as we wanted. The kitchen dinning room is enormous and perfectly equipped. At arrival, Eleonora welcomed us and explained the house and all the equipments in detail. We may come back.

Super semaine avec trois familles
Nous étions trois familles avec 11 enfants (4-12 ans). La taille de la maison (et de la piscine!) était vraiment confortable et très bien adaptée à ce grand groupe. Parmi les plus très appréciés: un magnifique tennis en terre battue et un piano. Grosse chaleur, mais supportable grâce aux ventilateurs puissants et aux murs épais. Nous avons pas mal rayonné en faisant un peu (trop) de route vers Gênes, la côte ligure (mention spéciale pour Albenga), et même Turin, pas si loin...

Wonderful Holiday Venue
Incredible week with large family group, 19 of us age range 3 - 73. Large well fenced swimming pool, well maintained, spacious villa, everything we were hoping for. A memorable week to celebrate a big birthday. Cairo Montenotte nearby with good supermarkets, small shops and restaurants. Lovely strolling through the old town and stopping for an ice cream/coffee. A good time had by all.

Wonderful house
We really enjoyed our holiday in August 2022 in this fantastic house. We are a family of 19 persons of which 11 children in different ages. Il Pavone Reale is a great house with a lot of space and nicely decorated. It has a great kitchen, tennis court, lovely pool, pizza house with fire wood oven, table tennis, bbq area and much more. Martin, the owner of the house, and Eleonora (his agent in Italy) were very friendly and helpful. When we had a question, they answered quickly. We had a lovely week. Thanks for the great stay!

Pros and cons
A great house with lot of space and nice areas to hang with friends and family. We stayed 12 people in the house for two weeks during Juli-22. Pros: Well-equipped kitchen with 3 refrigerators, wine-cooler, generous workspace where you can cook together without feeling crowded, nice poolarea with a generous amount of sun-beds, spacious clean house, house layout great for a lot of people and bedrooms well situated separated from kitchen and ground-floor. Convenient with garbage emptied at the house every day. Very nice covered patio next to poolarea. Good to have car because no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Cons: described as a property with 80.000m2 land which gives an impression of private and quit surroundings. Although this is not the whole picture, there are two small farms close to the house where tractors and other machines equivalent with farming running through early mornings and late evenings and dogs barking during night time. This wouldn’t be a problem if you could sleep with closed windows but without air-con or ventilation its hard because of the heat.

Thank you for your review. This summer has been unusually hot across Europe. But we followed your suggestion regarding ventilation. Each bedroom is now equipped with a new rotating fan.

Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub mit insgesamt vier befreundeten Familien vor Ort verbracht. Räumlichkeiten, Aussenanlagen und Pool sind für eine größere Gruppe bestens geeignet!

Holiday with friends
In August 2021 we really enjoyed our holiday in this fantastic house. We were a group of nearly 20 persons (around 30 years old) and had a fantastic week in this house. The pool and the tennis court was great and also the whole house was really clean, comfortable and nice. The owner of the house was very friendly and if we have some questions he answer us very fast. Also there were table tennis, a pizza stone oven, an barbecue area and much more. Everybody of us enjoyed this week and we only can commend this house very much.

Amazing house with an amazing surrounding
We enjoyed our family holiday with 17 people in Martins great house. The house is great and the kitchen is a dream for cooking. But our favorite was the pizza house with the original fire wood oven. Most of the time we spent t the big pool or the tennis court. We really loved our stay and wish to come back.

Propriedade extraordinária!
A propriedade tinha excelentes condições para as 20 pessoas do nosso grupo! Tivemos uma estadia excepcional! Pena que a piscina não estivesse disponível mesmo sendo inverno. Ótimo espaço para crianças, a experiência no forno a lenha foi muito boa também! Um local a voltar certamente!

Perfect Retreat
The property was as described and had real wow factor. There was plenty of space for 20 work colleagues to relax and have fun as well as host some workshops. The staff who look after the property were very attentive and made the whole stay very easy and enjoyable.

Sehr schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus!
Wir (20 Freunde) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird für eine Woche Erholung. Den Tennisplatz haben wir leider nur einmal genutzt, den Pool dafür um so öfter. In der Küche können viele Personen zusammen kochen. Dank der Weitläufigkeit des Hauses kann sich jeder auch mal zurückziehen. Der Ort mit seinen Supermärkten ist schnell erreichbar. Ansonsten ist das Meer und die ligurische Küste sehr gut erreichbar. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, der leider zu schnell zu Ende ging.

Wir haben uns mit 4 Familien sehr wohl gefühlt! Pool, Tennisplatz, Grill,... waren im Dauereinsatz! Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Anwesen, in dem man mit einer größeren Gruppe wunderbar Urlaub machen kann!

Familienurlaub in toller Atmosphäre
Tolle Villa, die nur zu empfehlen ist! Wir haben unsere Großmutter den Urlaub in der Villa geschenkt. Sie und auch die anderen der Familie waren begeistert von der liebevoll gestalteten Ausstattung der Villa. Sehr sehr gerne wieder und nur zu empfehlen! Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und war jederzeit erreichbar! Herzlichen Dank für Alles!

Great Villa with high quality appliances
We stayed there with friends for a week and really enjoyed it. The villa is very spacious and provides a great kitchen with 1 table for 20 people and very good cooking equipment - 8 gas stoves and 2 electrical ovens, 2 large espresso machines and a microwave make it really easy to cook for a big party. The woodfired pizza oven is nice, but needs quite some time to get really hot to get a crispy pizza. The pool is really big - unfortunately the solar heating was not sufficient in beginning October with low night temperatures and moderate (ca. 22°C) day temperature - the water was too cold to enjoy swimming.

Villa parfaite pour 20p
Une semaine entre copains, la villa répondait parfaitement à nos besoins pour personnes . Piscine suffisamment grande. Située à 500m d'altitude la petite fraîcheur du soir est appréciable. Bien accueilli par eleonora. Pas de voisinage. Amélioration possible : une lumière au niveau du BBQ parce que la faut cuisiner à la maglight et une prise électrique pour voiture électrique proche parking.

Great home for large groups!
3 families stayed at the villa for 3 weeks and we absolutely loved it. There was plenty of room to spread out and have space to yourself. The large kitchen was fully equipped with all sorts of tools for a chef. The wood burning pizza oven made some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! The kids enjoyed the pool, playing tennis and watching movies in the TV room. The pool is heated via solar panels, so it was still quite cold but still nice enough to swim on very warm days. The grocery store is only 5-10 mins away so it makes it easy to go on quick grocery runs. There are shutters on every window, which is nice for keeping the rooms dark when sleeping in mornings. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels. Although I gave it 5 stars, there were a few things I wanted to share. The clothes drier was broken and unusable for the entire first week we were there and ended up having to be replaced. Having said that, the response time from the house manager was very quick, it just took time to order a new drier. One of the toilets also broke and took a few days to be repaired due to the weekend. I would also caution you to bring your own DVD’s because a lot of the ones at the house are scratched and unreadable. Overall it was a fabulous, unforgettable visit. We loved our stay and would return!

Great location
It is a perfect location to visit Barolo vineyards, driving distance to Cinque Terre and soccer stadium in Turin. House lovely and large. Pool is wonderful for all. Great outdoor seating and especially using the authentic pizza oven!!!! Hired Paola as a chef...superb food and Eleanora was especially helpful for any of our questions. Recommend it highly Judy
