“Lovely hotel! Front desk staff is super helpful and accommodating, the rooms are super spacious (tall ceilings, separate rooms for the toilet/shower), surrounding area is quiet and well maintained with a park across the street. Super lowkey stay with great facilities, would stay again! ”

“I loved the room and the location and had a great sleep. The room was large and nicely appointed. The space felt very secure, my room was large and had a fantastic patio and cool decor. My only feedback is about entering the property. I had difficulty with the gate and was instructed to look for angel statues to find the key but the statues were covered with bags of laundry so it took a while. It was still a 5 star experience and I will be back. ”

I’m a frequent customer of Marriott hotel, I payed 300 euro each night and there is not room service , breakfast is not included , is far from the sea and the swimming pool is a very small place. “We stayed only for one night, but we were able to see the absolutely lovely service that this hotel has. The position is perfect if you want to visit old San Juan, you have some of the most famous places nearby. The room was clean well cleaned. I've noticed that many of the guests were regular, and i can understand why. If i'll ever come back to San Juan, SJ Suites is going to be my first choice!”

“The property was clean with good housekeeping every day. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The area was pretty safe as well as accessible to nearby dining spots and beaches by walk. Liked how the guests can spend some time at the rooftop even if we weren’t dining. The only complaint was with the breakfast. Day 1 we had to skip breakfast in the room because it wasn’t delivered even after the 1 hour slot passed. The juices were just average. Pancakes were burnt one day. ”
