Perfect weekend getaway!
My mom and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The place was very clean and well stocked. It is in a great location, not very far from some great beaches. The pool was wonderful and warm! Lonny was very helpful and responsive to anything that we needed. We had a great stay! It was a perfect place for the 2 of us!

Good location for us. Somewhat disappointed in the lack of utensils in the kitchen for cooking. Had some bugs in the house, spiders, silverfish and something we could not see biting us.

Excellent location and relaxing outdoor area
We were very pleased that the unit was so close to the Cape Coral city center and walking distance to restaurants, coffee, parks and much more. Really enjoyed the lovely pool and sitting outside by the canal. The duplex was plenty big for me and my husband.

Great service and location to the beach
The property managers Samantha and John were awesome. The convenience to the beach, stores, the airport, the highway were fantastic. The property itself included everything you could possibly want, it was clean and organized. We loved the private pool (shared with unit next door). The home is located immediately next to a street that can get very loud (especially with passersby jamming to loud music and pickup trucks driving at crazy speeds). The police really need to put speed bumps on the road and monitor the area. Overall, if you want a convenient place to stay that is well managed and aren't worried about noise/children running near a road, it is a great option.

Very clean centrally located property.
The property was very clean, and it had comfortable beds and a nice pool! It is located in a convenient location in the middle of all the different Fort Myers attractions. We had a small issue figuring out check-in in the dark but the owner was very nice and responsive!

The property was very nice. Had a nice time. The only issue was an ant problem in the kitchen. I bought and put out ant traps. Other than that had an excellent time. Would rent again and would recommend.

It was good
It was a good location for what we wanted. We did not use the pool, the only warm enough day was spent at the beach and Lover’s Key State Park. But the pool was clean. We had an ant problem which is common in FL, but Lonny got right on it and took care of the issue. The place is small, but we spent most of our time out and about so it didn’t matter to us. The bed was a little soft but perfectly comfortable, and I’m picky, I usually like a firm mattress.

I wouldn’t return, and I do not recommend. On the positive side, the pool was warm and nice. The outdoor areas are great. The inside was average. On the negative end, it’s beside a busy road. There was traffic noise throughout the day and night. We walked around the neighborhood a couple times and didn’t feel safe. There were ants and ant traps throughout the house. We were also frustrated about their guest policy. The contract states an additional $30 per day per guest. We had two friends passing through town staying with us 3 of the 7 nights. We were were happy to pay the additional $60 for the three days they were there, but the owner demanded we pay the additional fee for all 7 nights without flexibility or understanding. I wouldn’t recommend based on the traffic, neighborhood, and lack of customer service. It is a below average VRBO, and you can find better places to stay for less money.

Thank you for the detailed critique of this property. Yes we do base rates on the number of guests our business travelers especially like this those with additional people not so much. Twin House in a great Location: Rates based on total Travelers. All utilities are included. Each additional guest, any age $30.00 per person using facilities day or night. We take some Pets they are also $30.00 per night or day, per pet, + tax.

Outside amenities were nice and pool was nice and clean. The inside was cramped. Small kitchen and living room. Only had 5 channels on the TV. Close to restaurants and stores.

This is a very good description of this property The tv is smart so you will need to bring your Hulu NetFlix Youtube and yes only 5 good off air chanels.

Disappointed
The place is nice but the sheets were soiled on the pull out bed, so my 13-year-old niece had to sleep on top of the couch cushions with just a blanket the first evening. There were ants everywhere in the house. The TV was very inadequate (only three channels to watch).And lastly the tennants next door the last three days consumed the pool day and night were quite loud not allowing us to enjoy the pool as well, you should have rules. I am a Business owner and I do not believe I recieved the value that I paid for or expeced.

When you message us about bedding, we do not question you we just bring you new bedding as we did in this instance. It may have seemed we did not address your issue about sharing the pool how ever we felt that the parent and there children were using the pool responsibly. TV is off air local channels and Internet meaning smart TV. We found Tim and his family to be 5 Star Guests.

Relax Recharge Enjoy!
Very clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything in Cape Coral including the amazing Yacht Club that has a beautiful beach and play area for kids. Also near great dining, micro breweries, markets, bike paths, etc!! We loved the house,large master with private bathroom and the gorgeous, large pool that was the perfect temp. Laying in the sun near the canal was so relaxing! Thanks for the wonderful vacation myself & family!

We didn’t know we had to supply our own toilet paper. If it was in the info we missed it. Didn’t notice the mouse traps in the bathroom and under the bed (till I dropped something) till the day before we left. That freaked me out. Is it an issue, don’t know. I would suggest to bring your own towels, sheets, and of course TP. The pool was nice although weather was cool so we didn’t use.

A relaxing getaway...as usual!
This was my fathers second stay at this great property. He and my Uncle love the heated pool and outdoor lounging areas. Dad's only complaint was that there are no TVs in the bedrooms and the main TV only got a few channels and most of them where Spanish. Dad used his Netflix account to watch movies so it all worked out. Thank you Lonnie and Kathryn!!

Not cleaned AT ALL!
Upon arrival after a 20 hour trip... We spent the next 4 1/2 hours cleaning this unit due to the fact that it was not cleaned. The beds were made but when checked we found the sheets dirty and soiled as well as the bedspread on both beds in the unit. The floors were dirty, fingerprints on doors, walls..Mold in the coffee maker, dirty towels rolled up and piled on a shelf in the closet....I could go on... Property manager offered to clean but after hearing his excuses We decided to Get our own supplies and do the cleaningourselves because we didn’t trust them to do a good job knowing we were staying there for a full month. We wanted to feel somewhat comfortable in what we were staying in. The highlight of our vacation in Florida was the pool and lanai area. The positives, the pool and lanai area along with the sunshine. Another positive would be our roof mates. Very nice folks.

Tv never kept a signal because it was on a antenna, no cable. The Wi-Fi would go on and off a few times a day. Gas grill didn’t get hot and there was mold around the soap holder in the master bath. No pots and pans too cook, not user friendly. Time for a complete upgrade including furniture. Pool on the other hand was great.

Thank you we have looked in to the TV issue it is a smart TV with off air local stations roof top antenna hard wired with Coax and Cat5e hard wired to comcast Modem we were unable to reccreate any disturbance with nither off air or internet? You Tube opened and played fine. Cleaned under soap holder cleaners were missing it add additional pots There was only one.

Nice place to stay..comfortable king beds. Great location and good area with easy access to restaurants and beaches. We had no problem sharing the pool with the other guests. Had a plumbing issue the morning after we arrived, and both Kristian and Ken spent their Sunday there working to correct the issue. Service above and beyond. Would stay here again if in Ft Myers area.

An absolutely perfect experience!
My husband and I stayed at this property during Easter week. We were visiting family who lived nearby. The property was clean. Anything and everything we needed - including beach towels - were provided. The beds and the bedding were so comfortable. The pool was clean. When we arrived we found instructions, information on local attractions, restaurants etc and contact information on the table. We had a question about the wi-fi and called the housekeeper, who answered immediately and was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Vacation RUINED!
This rental is completely misrepresented. I was only there for 90 minutes (enough time to find a hotel, during Spring Break!). I have been a VRBO customer for over 5 years and have never experienced anything like the following: - This rental is a co-unit, it wasn't clearly stated in the description . You will be sharing the pool with another party. Unfortunately the party we were sharing the unit with had overtaken the shared area. There were beer bottles and cans left all around the pool. There were at least 6 adults and I have no idea how many kids crammed into the other unit. They were all sitting outside smoking and started screaming and cursing at my kids. -The condition of the unit was VERY different from the pictures. Clearly the photos on VRBO we're taken several years ago. I wish I could post the pictures I have of what this unit actually looks like. -The VRBO listing makes it seem there is a screened in porch area is available to both units, this is inaccurate. That screened in porch is only off of the other unit. -The owners charged a large cleaning fee but the unit was very dirty -I had to call 5 different phone numbers before I finally got a hold of the housekeeper who was zero help. -In the hour and a half I was at the unit I was never able to find yet alone connect to the wifi. -This unit is next to a major 4 lane road and the sounds from passing cars are a constant noise while sitting by the pool. -The owner claims a property manager was sent to the address and knocked on our door to address our issues. There was no knock on our door and no property manager came or called for the miserable 90 minutes we spent in this home. The owner also stated the property manager checked on the renters of the other unit and they were within there rights of use and weren't violating any of their rental agreement. Of course they weren't smoking or drinking or cursing at my kids in front of the property manager. - This place was in a horrible neighborhood and I was traveling by myself with my kids. I felt completely uncomfortable with not only the area, but also the tenants in the other unit. - Lastly if none of the above has deterred you from renting this unit the sign above the toilets that says "Use the Trash Can Not the Toilet For...CONDOMS" should give you some idea what a "classy" place this is.

Twin house in a great Location: Rates are for up to 2 adults. and all utilities are included. Each additional guest, any age is $20.00 per night per person. We take some Pets they are also $20.00 per night, per pet, + tax. This unit includes two King bedrooms, two baths. Entertainment and restaurants close by. Southern Exposure heated salt water swimming pool, Gulf Access canal, boat docking, and Please claim all your guest it will avoid misunderstanding like this one,

We stayed in this condo for Feb. & March 2019- Starting with the positive: We found the condo to be very clean, well stocked, and the beds/bedding nice and comfortable. The location makes it an easy walk to many restaurants, bars/breweries, and the beach, with a short drive to shopping and the “big” beaches (Fort Myers & Sanibel) Also the Property Manager (Kristian) is extremely nice and was incredibly responsive to a couple of small issues we had. We loved having the pool right outside our back door. I must admit we were a little apprehensive about staying in a “Duplex” and having to share the pool with the other unit. As it turns out we actually enjoyed meeting and chatting with the neighbors. Just a couple of things are preventing a 5 star rating; first, the traffic noise at the pool was quite loud, (the unit is located on the corner of a 4 lane busy street) and the wi-fi at the pool was “spotty” at best. Overall we had a good experience staying here.

Great condo / fantastic pool
Had a great stay at this condo. Nice place, well furnished and Jack was great- he knew there was a problem with the AC before we even called him and had it fixed within a few minutes. The pool is awesome. The area is great with lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Great value, great place to stay in Cape Coral
Very clean and cute place to stay. Enjoyed wine in the courtyard in the back at night and coffee at the dock in the mornings. We saw fish and a dolphin and a goose flew in to visit. The pool is really nice although we did not use it. Very convenient to everything. Owners were available whenever we had questions. Great value!

Great pool!
The house was clean and adequate. The pool and canal were exceptional! Somehow we missed that this is a double. That was not clear that another family had access to the pool and yet it worked out fine. Jack met us at the house and answered all our questions. He left his number and encouraged us to call with any more questions.

The pool ruled!!!
I booked this rental for my father and his brother and they loved it. The pool was heated to just the right temperature so they spent all of their time lounging in comfortable chairs by the pool with the occasional dip. The property was also close to restaurants and convenient stores for supplies. Dad and Uncle Bill had a great stay that was super relaxing!

Space was as represented. Someone commented on noise in a different review. Not an issue for us. Beds were comfortable and pool fantastic. Loved the floating chairs!. Nice outdoor areas and close to many things to do. The kitchen had what we needed and we cooked our meals here & used the grill. We used the patios too. Jack checked on us. We had no issues, totally enjoyed our time here, and look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend!

Buyer Beware
I had to think long and hard before writing this review. The low advertised rate should have been a clue, but I figured it was the area. Then I was hit with an excessive cleaning fee that was more than the 2 night stay. Okay, I thought, this place must really be clean. Wrong. We checked into a place that was so gross I could hardly use the bathroom. There were dead bugs (flies, gnats, roaches) on the floors and windowsills. The toilet bowl in one bathroom was orange from standing water. The sign over the toilets didn’t help. “Use the trash can, not the toilet for: disposable diapers, ... tampons, sanitary pads, condoms” Really?? Then to add insult to injury, the housekeepers left an envelope soliciting a tip. I took pictures to document all the above. Bottom line, we had a 2 night stay at a noisy place with bugs that in no way resembled the property description or the reviews. This place is giving VRBO a bad name.

Great getaway spot!!
Nice and quiet!! We stayed here during our wedding week. It was so close to all of the events, but a nice quiet getaway from all of the hustle and bustle of everything. Lonny was so easy to schedule with even though it was short notice. Jack stopped by on our first morning to introduce himself, so sweet. Thanks for use of a great place and being so accommodating! We'll definitely be back!

The property was very well maintained and there was a person who could be contacted in case we needed something fixed. It was also very clean and the washer and dryer came in handy. The beds were comfortable but new quality sheets would make them even better. We loved not having to open the door with a key. Just entered our code and we were in and out in seconds.
