I reserved a room for ten nights through Expedia.com. When I arrived, I was told that the website made a mistake and the room that I had reserved was not available, and they had another room available for only one night but at a higher price; then they told me to cancel my reservation with the Expedia. Since they could not provide the service that I had ordered, I thought it would be a simple case that they would give me a full refund. Next morning, with an Expedia agent on the line, the hotel staff promised me and Expedia agent he would give authorization to issue a full refund after having talked with hotel owner. But they have failed to keep their promise, and I have to dispute the charge through by credit card company. I really don't think you can trust these people – think about someone cannot provide the service but yet wants to keep your money, and therefore do not recommend anyone to stay at this hostel.
