La spiaggia è tra le più belle di Varadero, la struttura molto spaziosa, servizi utili come i transfer per Varadero e Havana, personale disponibile, animazione soft e piacevole.

Pagamento con carta non funzionante che ci ha portato a prendere un taxi per arrivare al primo cajero e prelevare i contanti. Il taxi è stato pagato direttamente da noi, nonostante il disguido della struttura. A livello di struttura, pulizia e servizi siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti

Vale la pena
Numero uno il direttore Lorenzo un personaggio simpaticissimo. Si può giocare a squash ed il campo è in discrete condizioni. Buono il servizio vale la pena fare l'up grade al Diamond club. Si mangia bene le camere sono confortevoli e le cose più belle sono la spiaggia ed il giardino che le stà dietro. Semplicemente spettacolari insieme al mare chiaramente!!

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti nel favoloso resort Royalton. Che dire, stupendo: personale cordiale e disponibile, pulizia costante ed ottima, cene, colazioni e pranzi di alto livello, cocktails, attività extra e animazione favolosi. Incantati dalla magica Cuba, dai suoi usi, costumi, abitudini non possiamo di certo lamentarci è normale che qualcosa si può migliorare ma questa è Cuba amigos...tranquillo! Un sorriso anche dal giardiniere che incontri passeggiando è molto di più di quello che vorresti. Consigliatissimo. Daniele T.

NO, NO, NO, NO, non può essere considerato un Hotel 5 stelle, secondo gli standard internazionali potrebbe al limite essere un 3 stelle, Cibo: ho allegato la fotografia del salmone (marinato crudo!!!!!) dopo che avevo sollecitato di cambiarlo (immaginate prima) lo ritengo immangiabile ed impresentabile, banane marce sul buffet, qualità del cibo scadente Struttura: vecchia con chiari segni del tempo, poltrone sfondate al bar Pulizia: i bagni comuni poco puliti, ho allegato inoltre fotografia delle salvietta in camera all'arrivo sporca!!! Pulizia delle stoviglie: bicchieri sporchi Servizio: le tovaglie non vengono cambiate tra un ospite e l'altro, il cameriere si limita a spargere per terra le briciole e mettere dei tovaglioli (di carta alla colazione e di stoffa stropicciati alla cena), finita la colazione, non si cambiavano, ancora le tovaglie e si preparava per il pranzo con le medesime. Personale: gentile, unica pecca alla domanda: da dove viene? ho risposto Italia, ho ricevuto la risposta dal cuoco del buffet: Italia Firenze, Roma, mafia, ritengo la risposta senza parole. tutte le presente lamentele le ho personalmente riferite al direttore dell'albergo che non sembra abbia capito l'entità dei problemi

Molto sotto le piú indulgenti aspettative
Area verde, giardini e piscina ben curati. Qui la natura trionfa e loro non la sciupano. Servizio scortese fin dall'accoglienza dove cinismo e dabbenagine non giungono mai alla cortesia minima. Camere degradate, poco pulite e maleodoranti ma silenziose. Un bel terrazzo ha reso accettabile il soggiorno ma decisamente sotto le aspettative. Scarafaggi in camera e frigo rumorosissimo. Cucina pessima ma soprattutto igiene sempre sospetta:piatti appiccicaticci, bicchieri opachi, posate con resti di cibo. Non proprio un bel vedere nei piatti e sul buffet. Si salvano da tanto orrore la caffetteria centrale e lo snack bar, entrambi decisamente piu curati. Personale quasi mai cortese (riconosco due o tre eccezioni su un esercito di assistenti ben poco portati all'attenzione verso i clienti).

Ottimo all inclusive
Esperienza meravigliosa. L'albergo è pulitissimo e offre ogni confort. Spiaggia stupenda dal mare cristallino. Camera ampia con aria condizionata e area salottino. Unico neo il ristorante self service, ma la presenza dei 4 ristoranti alla carta -tutti compresi nell'all inclusive- consente di pranzare e cenare gustando buoni piatti. Il bistró aperto h24 suggerito anche per la colazione.

Excellente
It has been a while we hadn't such excellent food quality in a resort. 4 to 5 star level, every day 5 kinds of fish. We are used to mediterranian cuisine, but taste for all kind was available. Spacious rooms with real blind outs. A huge bathtubs. Different zones to relax or entertainment. The staff really did everything to make you feel comfortable. Entertainment staff full of energy. Large beach. We had wonderfull 4 nightstay, but sorry for not having done a week.

Bravi ma si può fare di più.
LocatIon eccezionale, la struttura è molto bella e ben distribuita,bella la spiaggia con tutte le attività incluse.la qualità del cibo è buona ma forse si potrebbe migliorare qualcosa. Invece dai cocktail mi sarei aspettato di più, soprattutto in spiaggia, bisognava avere buona immaginazione per sapere cosa si stava bevendo.Nel complesso preferendo noi comodità confort e mare devo dire che l esperienza è stata positiva.

Ottimo resort, struttura valida, personale gentile, ristoranti in valore assoluto non eccezionali ma per il livello medio cubano direi più che discreti. Sicuramente consiglierei questa struttura ad altre persone.

Ottima soluzione all-inclusive per relax

Great place in a beatifull beach
I have spent 6 nights with my girlfriend and we loved the place. Rooms are big and clean, staff is good, beach is wonderful and really everythig is included in the price! Even the food is ok... i would reccomend this place to every couple looking for relax. Maybe not suited for group of friends seeking fun...

В целом отель держится во всем 50 на 50. Персонал, кухня, бары, мебель и т.д. С мебелью по отелю все видно сразу - в лобби и на ресепе хорошая новая мебель; в номерах и общепите старая. С персоналом, питанием и коктейлям как повезет. Попадаются ребята с высоким уровнем навыков сервиса, но и неквалифицированных сотрудников тоже хватает. Еду готовят иногда прям хорошо, иногда не очень. То же самое и с коктейлями... рестораны аля карт - слабовато для названия ресторанов. Буфет заполнен качественной и свежей едой. Есть все на любой вкус. Гриль бар в плане еды не рекомендую. Там постоянно летают птицы, какают на столы, стулья и пытаются украсть еду. Залетают они и на кухню. Это же касается и общего буфета, но в меньшей степени. Там птицы ухитрились залетать вместе с проходящими через автодвери людьми. Пляж чистый и красивый. Лежаки и зонты удобно расположены. Зона делится на курящих и не курящих. Номера чистые и просторные, но старовато и мало света. Сантехника хорошая, но душ работает плохо и расположен в странном месте - мыться крайне неудобно. Постельное белье было всегда чистое, уборка хорошая, но не полотенца. Они всегда были с пятнами, это неприятно. Ну и подобное отношение во всех других критериях. Отелю нужно заняться своими управленцами (чтобы они подтянули некоторых ребят и довели всех до хорошего уровня) и обновить старую мебель и интерьер, чтобы закрыть все недостатки. На данный момент виден большой контраст. Поэтому не хорошо и не плохо.

Da das Hotel 7 Tage nach unserer Abreise wegen COVID-19 geschlossen wurde, verstehen wir, dass alle Dienstleistungen zurückgefahren wurden. Allerdings hätten wir erwartet, dass die Essensqualität einigermaßen garantiert wird, was absolut nicht der Fall war.

Clearly not a 5* in EU Or in USA but in Cuba yes. Noisy room, they dont offer other room.. lots of food nice on the pictures but the quality not the best. Beach is nice.

I found the food to be pleasantly better than I was expecting. I love to eat so this was a huge surprise in the best way. We did the buffet for breakfast and lunch, also tried the Mexican, Caribbean and Italian restaurants for dinner. I highly recommend avoiding the Italian restaurant. You can get better tasting pasta at the buffet which is more fresh/made to order :) Out of 6 of us, 5 loved what they got at the Caribbean restaurant. I also found it to be the best ambience and layout! The server that we had that night was very awesome as well. The Mexican was decent, I was a little disappointed with no guacamole as it is a Mexican place but otherwise it was enjoyable. We didn't get a chance to try the others. Things need to be better set up for reservations or have more pagers available as it can be misleading how to get yourself into the restaurants. The ice cream is very good but could be better to stay open later... only 12-5. I found the mojitos to be a big disappointment compared to other places I have been in Cuba.. Mojitos are their staple! They should be amazing every time! They used fake lime juice which made everything taste a lot sweeter and more artificial. The beach was amazing. So beautiful and clean. The beds in the rooms were terrible.... So hard and springy. I got really bad sleeps at night and woke up very sore and stiff. Sadly this took away from me feeling rested after leaving this place. I probably wouldn't go back, although I really enjoyed some things.

Однозначно не стоит запрашиваемых денег и не соответствует заявленному уровню. Красивая, большая территория, наличие нескольких ресторанов, но все это при отвратительном сервисе ( медленно и лениво) и старых номерах, с неработающей сантехникой, старой мебелью и насекомыми.

Une belle adresse !
Un très bon hôtel ! Tout le confort est présent malgré les difficultés d’approvisionnement sur Cuba. Le service est très bon. La plage superbe. Seul point de progrès : les chambres qui sont loin d’être vétustes mais mériteraient un petit refresh (notamment la salle de bain). Le complexe est étendu, avec des petits bâtiments qui ne nuisent pas trop au littoral.

Presque parfait !!
Excellent hotel avec un excellent service (serveurs bars, rest, chambre...) Nourriture très bonne (plusieurs rest) Plage et mer magnifique Seul petit bemol : mobilier chbre un peu vieux (commode et porte qui craquent et electricite a revoir) Le service a l hotel de la plage serait mieux (plus rapide) Jardins magnifiques. Un vrai all inclusive avec des vrais cocktails !
