Hotel nuovo
Bell'hotel in una zona non troppo lontana, ma neanche vicina, dal centro, con parcheggio gratuito. Peccato per la scarsa disponibilità del receptionist, che nonostante li avessimo chiesti più volte, non ci ha fornito gli asciugamani mancanti. Bagno molto bello e pulito come il resto della camera. Cucina accessoriata x cucinare. Unico neo: non c'è un ristorante, ma per colazione e cena ci si può rivolgere all hotel adiacente. Casablanca città molto caotica.

J’y suis restée une semaine et c’était super. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le personnel a l’accueil est d’un professionnalisme sans faille. L’hôtel est situé à côté d’une station de tramway et la gare Casa Port est à 5min en voiture. Un grand merci à Samir et ses collègues.

Not recommended
Be aware that they turn the air conditioner to a heater in winter and an air conditioner in summer so we didn't stay the whole reserved nights because we couldn't sleep and we can’t open the windows because of the noises outside and its can’t be opened all the way. The size of the room was good. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned perfectly. We found an insect in the kitchen’s drawer.

The service really needs a little more attention. Our room didn’t have soap and shampoo. We called 3 times to get some and finally was told to come down and get it ourselves. The door to the hotel we booked was closed when we arrived with a sign saying check in at another hotel. It didn’t say where the other hotel is and being in a different country our phones didn’t work. There was no laundry service at the hotel either.

We found the hotel to be a great fit for what we wanted, good location to the tram. The front end staff were very friendly and helpful. I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and the hotel fell short there for me. There was no washing up liquid or cloths to wash the dishes. Others then that I would recommend

Hôtel sympa mais pas honnête
Hôtel agréable MAIS on réserve pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 10 ans et on nous attribue une chambre pour 2. On veut nous faire payer 300dh de plus pour avoir ce qui a été réservé, ce que vous avons refusé catégoriquement. Après négociation on finit par nous mettre la chambre qui avait été réservée. Mauvaise mentalité, nous n'y retournerons pas.

Good location in Casablanca
Good located hotel in Casablanca. Walking distance to most things. The hotel hade nice employes but the service could be improved. The kitchen should have included more things since it almost wasn’t enough for two and we where three.

tres bon sejour
tout a ete parfait durant mon sejour. Personnel a l’accueil tres aimable et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien fournies (fer a repasser notamment que je dois toujours demander dans les autres hôtels). literie confortable et de bonne qualité. Vraiment rien a dire.
