Dear Madame,thank you for the nice compliments about the hotel and our breakfast service, the location is in a popular neighborhood but it is safe to walk in and close to the city center. Regarding the problem you complained for the transfer to the airport, there were not any indication sign to reach the rental car agency so the Driver called them to know where to get you off and they confirmed him next to the terminal C at the airport, we do not think to be fault in this situation.Kindest regards,Giovanni - Boutique Hotel 20 Miglia
