The pool cost, includes all the solarium equipment, is charged separately to give customers the opportunity to decide whether or not to use it. Everything is published on the website and in the confirmation of the direct booking, that is always sent by our office. The awning on the terrace facing the pool has a generous dimension of 5 x 4 linear meters and therefore generates a shade of 20 square meters, which protects from the heat and allows the guests to have lunch in front of the pool even in the hottest periods. All this, in order not to burden the customer with the management and duties – in the event of strong winds (given the proximity of the house to the sea) – with mobile shading structures. This kitchen, really thanks to its generous dimensions, has been equipped with a large round table suitable for an apartment of 170 square meters, which has the capacity to accommodate large families. However, in the villa there are also two smaller and more intimate apartments for smaller families (2/4 people). The 2 BBQs area, surrounded by aromatic plants, was chosen slightly displaced in the corner of the garden, in order not to create any bother to other guests with smoke and smell. The agricultural cooperative, which has also always been a teaching center, is located nearby – and not adjacent – to our villa: in fact it is exactly 397.80 linear meters far by air and mt. 550 by road (google), it stands on an ancient site with the function of biological storage for the drying of cereals produced in the vast adjacent agricultural territory. During the cereals’ drying activity (8-15 days in September), a light sea breeze – due to the proximity of the house to the sea (6 km in line air) – may occasionally lift small grain residues, typical of an agricultural area and perfectly in line with the characteristics of rural and healthy location of our villa.
