“The Inn was delightful and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Rose Suite, which was spacious and well appointed. Comfortable beds, terrific shower. The restaurant and some amenities weren’t available because it was late March so off-season, but the grounds are beautiful and the breakfast was very good with excellent variety for continental. The falls are immediately past the Inn, an easy, short hike. ”

“I was very pleased with my stay at the Ithaca Hotel. The staff were very friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located downtown so you can easily walk to Moosewood, Ithaca Commons, the State Theater, etc. The only downside was that I had noisy, upstairs neighbors who kept me up late. The hotel gave me a free, late check out at 1:30 pm to compensate me. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The room was clean. The sink in the kitchenette was plugged and the microwave buttons didnt work. Our room faced the pool so you would smell strong chlorine smell. Its was ok for us not staying long.”

“Not sure if this was entirely the fault of the hotel, but there was a semi tractor trailer truck parked right next to the hotel taking up about 8 prime parking spots. Engine started running in the parking lot outside our room at 5AM and continued for an hour with all the lights on. Could not sleep. It was ridiculous. Worse stay ever at a Quality Inn.”

“Very nice room, fireplace was beautiful. Very peaceful and was able to relax. Not too many people around so it felt like we were the only ones there. Great staff, wife loved the spa. And plenty do around the area. ”

“Staff were not friendly and checking in was awful. Waited over 10 minutes. She was rude to me as well as other guests. Yelling on phone as well. Not friendly. Check out with another staff was better. At least she was kind. Didn’t seem like she was happy to be working, but was nice.”
