Comfy 2,000 square foot split-level home in a quiet neighborhood. Area attractions include the New Bo Market, Czech Village, Brucemore Mansion, Cedar Rapids Kernels Baseball, RoughRiders Hockey and Alliant Energy Powerhouse Event Center. Or head south to Iowa City for a quick 30 minute drive. There you’ll find Coral Ridge Mall, a large regional shopping center and the University of Iowa - home of the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Our go-to place in Cedar Rapids
Everytime we visit our daughter in CR we stay here. Its a large 3 bedroom house with a huge fenced in yard. The couchand stove have recently been upgraded.

Dog Friendly Getaway Stay
I stayed at Jim & Monica's house with my dog and partner. It was a great size for our Cedar Rapids getaway. Split level home with three bedrooms upstairs and a nice size TV with sectional downstairs. They also have a grill on the patio in the fenced in back yard. A previous review mentioned upstairs could be musty so we brought a small air filter which helped for my partner. The communication and amenities were great. The neighborhood was nice and easy for a quick dog walk. We were 10-15 minutes from popular parts of the city which was fine since we had our vehicle. We did Uber once which was affordable $8 & $15 to and from for the night.

Wonderful Stay
We were in between houses due to selling our home and not being able to close on a new one for a month. Monica was wonderful in working with us on a longer term stay. Very quick with communication and very pleasant to work with. Would absolutely stay again if we ran into an issue like that again.

Evertything as expected
We were traveling to Iowa City and wanted somewhere to stay where we could bring our dogs. This property hit all the boxes. Huge backyard is great for pets. Property was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and comfy beds. Overall we were very satisfied and will definitely be back again!

We love this property and have stayed a couple times now! It’s so clean, relaxing and homey. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. The hosts are excellent! Highly recommend!

Comfy, cozy stay that felt like home
This property was very clean, provided all the essentials we needed, and was comfortable and relaxing. We felt like we were at home. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The check in process was extremely easy and the property managers are quick to reply. We ended up extending our stay! Highly recommend!

Cedar Rapids house x2!
Our second time at this property and its starting to feel like our CR home. Plenty.of space, lovely neighborhood and hosts keep blankets, towels and kitchen stocked. The huge fenced in yard is fantastic. There is a deck with grill too. The house and furnishings are perfectly homey and cozy. On a side note bring extra TP and your own shampoo/ soap otherwise everything you need is there. Thanks for the great stay and being responsive hosts who care!

We enjoyed our stay. nice house with two living rooms, good size kitchen, and island. One thing I didn’t enjoy : skillets and pans for cooking. They are too old with damaged surface ( inner layers which is Teflon, are very damaged). Other than that, it was good! Location was convenient for us.

The Host was perfect. Solved all our needs that we asked for.
Had problems with the TV that we didn’t understand. Host was quick to fix that. Again wonderful Host. Would stay here again. My dogs loved the back yard too.
