Fantastic
The place was spotless! The cleaning crew superb! We had every amenity we could have wanted.The lodge is beautiful and the scenery from the large windows was breathtaking. They were well prepared for our large group and we all had a wonderful time.

Incredible experience for a family gathering
Your Lodge is incredible in just about every way! It is well designed for entertaining large parties and is well equipped with all the necessities. The views are great, especially at sunset. Besides food, the lodge had everything we needed in abundance, and kids and adults both had a great time. Absolutely the cleanest vacation house that we've ever rented. Thank you so much for sharing it. We hope to return someday!

New Years getaway
We had 16 adults and my 9 month old granddaughter. Everyone had a great time! The place was beyond clean. My wife is a clean freak and it passed her white glove test! The amenities were great and we used all of them. The owners/managers were in contact with us whenever we needed them. It was a weekend we’ll all talk about for years to come!

The Best Stay Ever
A truly all round enjoyable stay from my entire group! The Lodge is the perfect place for a large group with a wide age range. Everything we needed was there already or easily accommodated. A top tier experience with attentive hosts, beautiful scenery and yard, spacious, and space to comfortably hold a very large family.

This place is fantastic!
I cannot convey how amazing this lodge is. We had a group of 15 and had well more than enough space for everyone. Correspondence with Eric was totally seamless and he even accommodated a slightly earlier checkin which was very much appreciated. I would return here 10 times out of 10.

Great place for a Penn State visit!
What an amazing house! Fourteen of us from three families stayed here for a PSU football weekend and it couldn’t have been better. Eric and Genny were so easy to communicate with and were so flexible with our check in/check out times. It’s in a super tranquil location with an easy 18 minute ride into the heart of State College. We all would happily stay here again!

Perfect Penn State Football Weekend
This house and property are incredible. The pictures are beautiful but it’s even better in person. We stayed here with a large group of extended family for a Penn State football game but we almost didn’t want to leave because the house had all the fun we needed. The game room was stocked with plenty of entertainment and the deck was lovely. The sunsets were gorgeous from the huge windows in the living room. The house is an easy drive to campus and Beaver Stadium and we were even able to avoid most of the game day traffic. Eric and Genny were very accommodating hosts; the house is so well cared for and they have everything you need ready and waiting for your group to enjoy. Book this place now, it’s a gem!

Wonderful home! Perfect for a family reunion!
This home is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect location for our family gathering! We made use of the huge chef's kitchen, multiple dining areas, the game tables downstairs, and the fire pit. All was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and just gorgeous. The owners answered all of our questions to help us plan our weekend and were fantastic to work with! Highly recommend!

Best experience/Best place/Best location
This property was fantastic. Provided two families and their kids with the opportunity to share space, memories and so much more! Two gets getting engaged at Penn State and the lodge provided the proper space for the two families and friends to interact. It really is a special place and Eric the host was so helpful with everything, including recommendations for dinners, bakeries, etc. Don't hesitate on this property.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this home! The host was excellent to communicate with and the home had everything we needed to accommodate our large group. The house had everything we needed to cook big dinners, keep our teens entertained, and little touches to feel welcomed by the host. Next time we’re in the Penn state area we will 100% rebook this home!

Premier rental
Our family is scattered across a large swath of the eastern United States, and we decided to find a place to hold Thanksgiving together. 15 of us came to the lodge and had an amazing experience. Great place. Everyone was comfortably Accommodated. Amazing kitchen and common spaces. Host was both timely and responsive to inquiries and requests. I don’t know if we’ll be able to pull everyone together again, but if we do this would be a heck of a place to repeat the experience.

Comfortable, fun, open and inviting!
Our stay at the lodge was a great experience! Such a cool home to enjoy with family and friends! Clean, spacious, beautiful deck and fire pit area, gorgeous view, and entertaining game room. 40 yr college dorm reunion
Wow! What an amazing property. Communications with the owner were great. The house had everything you could want. In my experience, little things make a big difference and they were all taken care of (bluetooth speakers for music, shampoo and soap in the showers, high end everything, nice outdoor furniture, pantry supplies, two washers and two dryers in the laundry, internet, TV streaming services, and more). Just a great experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. A number of the guests in our party want to rent it in the future for their upcoming events.

Incredible house - lots of space
Great house. So much common space for a big group. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Plus a fire pit with wood. 25 minute drive to downtown state college. Worth staying here for the great house, even though it’s a bit further.

This is an AMAZING property!!! We travel often and as large family group. We've stayed at many beautiful properties and we all agree that this property is the best we've stayed at. I hesitated a bit on the price and my grandchildren love a pool, but none of us were disappointed and we felt the price was appropriate for this property. The home was well stock with everything from essentials, linens, soaps etc. I can't say enough about this.property! The host was very accessible and helpful.

Great Place, Great Stay!
This lodge is outstanding in every respect: Brand new and beautiful home on a scenic property, marvelously well-detailed and well-stocked, and a friendly and communicative owner. The interior design is terrific, as is the game room downstairs. It was a terrific gathering place for 16 of us who came together for a college graduation ceremony, and we very much hope to visit again. A+ !

Overall great experience! The lodge was well kept and was able to accommodate all 14 of us comfortably. Eric was helpful, and made it known if we needed anything or had any questions, he was just a phone call away. A+ customer service! You will feel spoiled with the amount of entertainment options available. Our only regret was not utilizing the fire pit area. I highly recommend staying here

The perfect getaway!
We rented this property with family ages 3-80 and all had a wonderful time! It was a family get together in the perfect meet-in-the-middle location and offered everything we were looking for. The property was immaculately kept, bedrooms and bathrooms were in perfect condition, all with bright, clean linens. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need for the weekend. Eric was the perfect host, and responded very quickly before and during our stay (not that we needed anything since the house was great!). We loved the game area downstairs, and the main floor offered all the amenities we needed. We all enjoyed the stunning sunset through the beautiful windows. And so many good restaurant options close by. All good things to say! Thank you for hosting us!

Great Place for large parties
We had a large wedding party gather here for a weekend and we could not have had a better time. The house is located close enough to State College (about 20 min drive) but secluded away from any high traffic areas so you feel like you are alone. There are a few neighbors you'll need to be mindful of. The Lodge itself is beautiful. The pictures are accurate and the place was immaculately clean when our party arrived. We requested additional beds be set up in the loft and in some of the larger bedrooms and those were all complete by the time we arrived. All the rooms had towels laid out and every room was done up very professionally. Additionally, the common areas and kitchens are supreme. There are plenty of kitchen tools to prepare whatever meal you want and the common areas were very comfortable to just hang out in. The outdoor area surrounding the property is also great. There is a large fire pit you can fit a lot of people around and plenty of deck chairs that can be moved to allow people to gather anywhere on the property. Plenty of parking. The Host, Eric, was extremely responsive with any questions we had and remained in communication with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we need. A great host. The only critique I can state, which can't really be fixed, is that sound travels very easily throughout the house. Sound is very well insulated from the inside going outside however someone preparing anything in the kitchen will likely be heard throughout the lodge. Consider putting your early risers on the bottom floor. Overall, we could not have been happier with our stay at the Lodge. Highly recommend for any size party.

Fabulous location for a Family Reunion
Eric was a delight to work with. Answered all questions promptly. This lodge exceeded all of our expectations! The beds are so comfy and cozy, our family couldn't wait to take a nap or go back to bed in the evening! The pool table and ping pong table got a good workout, as did the corn hole. The large tables hosted many card games and the kitchen handled daily food prep for our gathering of 12 and friends who dropped in for the day. The serene setting of the property is perfect! Beautiful fire pit area and pet friendly makes this place ideal! We highly recommend this facility for your reunion, retreat, or corporate gathering!

Just book it! You won't regret it!
WOW! I am at a loss of words for this house other than WOW! If you are thinking about booking this rental, I am telling you now, just do it. You will not regret it. The house is beautifully built and the amenities are all top quality. Almost every room has outdoor access and the house is very spacious. We came during Memorial Day long weekend with 4 families and my dog. I was a bit nervous to book the house as it is a new build but I am so glad I took the chance. Everyone had a wonderful time and we enjoyed our stay immensely, even with it being during Covid time. Eric is an amazing host and was so helpful/quick to respond for everything. The house was super clean and Eric even provided us extra cleaning supplies. It was a rainy weekend so I was a bit worried that everyone would get bored but the house had so many games/activities that we didn't have a moment of boredom. We were mainly an older group (with the youngest being a 10th grader in high school) but this place would also be great for kids. The surrounding area is filled with excursions and activities. Our group was able to go hiking (during the breaks in the rain), boating, and cave exploring. The rental is also so close to Penn State that we were able to enjoy the campus and the amazing creamery they have. I could not recommend this place more! Thank you Eric for the wonderful vacation!
