Un soggiorno perfetto!
Abbiamo passato una settimana perfetta! Miriam e Michele sono due padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili. La cura e l'amore che hanno dedicato all'intera tenuta rendono il posto e il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. La casa è molto grande e ben organizzata, in cucina non manca nulla per prepararsi da mangiare in autonomia. All'esterno basta solo decidere dove mangiare, se sotto allo splendido portico in compagnia del gatto Giacomo o se a bordo piscina, con i piedi nell'erba e all'ombra degli alberi. I nostri bambini hanno amato molto anche la compagnia dei cani e dei cavalli nella stalla a pochi passi dalla casa. Bella, grande e sempre pulita la piscina che rimane illuminata dal sole fino alle ultime ore del giorno. La zona è strategica per visitare svariati posti sia dell'Umbria che della Toscana. Un caloroso grazie a Miriam e Michele per averci ospitati, siamo stati benissimo!

Una vacanza meravigliosa
Siamo stati al casale coranici, eravamo 2 famiglie con 2 bimbi ciascuna famiglia. Il casale è stato perfetto. La splendida posizione, lo spazio, il giardino super curato, la grande piscina che è stata la gioia dei bimbi, lo spazio interno arredato con cura in ogni dettaglio, non mancava niente. Inoltre, la casa s mantiene fresca in modo naturale, ed è stata una bella sorpresa nelle giornate molto calde. La veranda col biliardino è il posto perfetto per cenare la sera in compagnia. I padroni di casa sono stati estremamente gentili, la Signora Miriam ci ha dato preziose indicazioni su dove mangiare, ci ha regalato verdure del suo orto, sempre con la massima discrezione, nel rispetto massimo della privacy di ognuno. Insomma, andar via è stata dura, momenti belli sono stati tanti, i tramonti, le stelle cadenti, le cene in veranda...tutto rimane uno splendido ricordo. Consiglio il casale con sincerità , ho solo da dirne bene!

La casa ha rispettato le aspettative. Abbiamo apprezzato la piscina ed il patio esterno. Il giardino è molto bello. La cucina ampiamente accessoriata (trovato strofinacci e detersivo lavastoviglie) e le camere sono belle. Myriam e Michele sono molto cortesi e disponibili. Ci sono 3 cani molto belli e mansueti. Unico aspetto migliorabile è il secondo bagno dove sarebbe utile una doccia o tenda doccia.

Ti accoglie Myriam signora carina che gentilmente dice di non spaventarsi per due cimici che in campagna sono normali,ma entrando dentro casa ti accorgi che la casa non è stata scaldata precedentemente(poiché devi farlo a tue spese), che è piena di spifferi per la vecchiaia degli infissi,e perché in un un'ambiente grande come il salone, nel quale manca evidentemente il camino, ci sono solo 4 piccoli e antichi termosifoni ,uno dei quali neanche funzionante. Passando al piano notte, il riscaldamento nella 4 camere va progressivamente scemando passando da quella più calda all'ultima molto fredda. La casa è insufficientemente illuminata all' interno, e assolutamente buia ,all'esterno. I sanitari dei bagni sono a dir poco obsoleti e mal tenuti. Al prezzo concordato vanno aggiunte tutte le voci dal riscaldamento all'affitto della biancheria. In compenso abbiamo trovato dei bei decori natalizi e un panettone in omaggio. La prenotazione e acconto della casa è avvenuta a settembre 2019 e il saldo è stato effettuato a novembre 2019 ma solo il 23 dicembre mi è arrivata la conferma con segnalazione che il costo del gas era a nostro carico a un prezzo elevato rispetto al prezzo di mercato per metro cubo consumato .Non era stato segnalato nel sito. Gentilissimi la signora Myriam e il marito. La cucina è dotata di piatti e pentole ben attrezzata. La casa è collocata in una posizione molto bella dove c'è un bellissimo paesaggio. Struttura con grandi potenzialità ma la ristrutturazione con materiali originali risale sicuramente a molti anni fa. Probabilmente in estate con la piscina l'esterno si può sfruttare diversamente . Il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti è stato comunque piacevole ma la descrizione della struttura non corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione del sito.

Bellissima
Struttura molto bella, spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno e ogni tipo di padella, pentola e utensili vari per la cucina di cui si può avere bisogno). La casa era molto pulita, con un ampio soggiorno con televisione, radio, e bigliardino esterno per poter giocare. Proprietari cordiali e gentili. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina perchè era inverno. Ti riesci a spostare facilmente in molte città e i spermercati non sono lontani.

Reizvolles Bauernhaus mit rustikalem Charme und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern
Wwaren mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Hund im April 2024 für 1 Woche Gast in dieser mit viel Liebe hergerichteten Destination. Ländliche Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe im Wechsel mit Besichtigungen der umliegenden kulturellen Highlights der Toskana und Umbriens machten diesen Rückzugsort zu einem idealen Erholungsort. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl sie im gleichen Anwesen wohnen, gab es keine Überschneidungen der Privatssphären. Dennoch standen beide jederzeit für Fragen und mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir können dieses Anwesen und die Vermieter nur wärmstens empfehlen. Beautiful and serene
Myriam and Michele's home and property was so gorgeous and peaceful. There are lots of spots to just sit and stare at the beauty of the Tuscany/Umbria country-side. The hosts take pride in making their home beautiful and inviting. We had everything we needed to make a nice dinner and eat outside. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. And Myriam is helpful in recommending places to visit and eat. This is a must visit place after a busy time in the larger cities.

Outstanding Tuscan Home
It was what we were looking for on what was a world wind trip! Beautiful home and Miriam and Michele were wonderful hosts!! I’m not sure if I missed it, still not seeing it on the description, but the Mancini’s live on property. Once I got over the shock, if that is the right word, it was all good. Mancini’s enhanced the stay. I apologize to them if I was standoffish. My wife made up for me. It is wonderful home on incredible Tuscan land that was a great place for us to come home to after exploring. Would highly recommend!!

Very remote, if you want to get away from it all. Food store was 15 minutes away!
Hosts lived in other half of villa. So helpful in local restaurants, where to shop, and just questions in general. We would stay again. So much room for the 6 of us and pool was perfect.

Wonderful
We were 8 people, two families. Wonderful off-the-beaten-track house with a little retro look. We all instantanously fell in love with the place. Large pool and a lovely (huge) well maintained garden. What a view (from e. g. the pool!) to the mountain ridge. Beautiful sunsets… The stars at night! The landlord couple (two horselovers) lives just next door. Very kind, unobtrusive, charming people! My kids and the wife of my friend took horse riding lesions with them. Thank you Myriam and Michele for such a nice time 😊!

Großes Ferienhaus in ländlicher Lage
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern zwischen 1 und 6 Jahre dort und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist tatsächlich schon in die Jahre gekommen und insbesondere dem Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss, den Fenstern und Fensterbänken und einigen Möbeln sieht man ihr Alter sehr an. Auf Grund des Alters Hauses war vermutlich auch nicht alles so sauber, wie wir es aus anderen Unterkünften auf unserer Reise gewohnt waren. Der Garten hingegen ist eine absoluter Traum! Der Pool ist groß und gepflegt, genau wie der Rest des Grundstücks. Wegen des häufigen Regens (untypisch für die Jahreszeit) und der vielen Mücken (wegen des Regens konnten die Besitzer nicht wie üblich ein Anti-Mücken-Spray auf dem Rasen versprühen), konnten wir nicht so viel draußen sein, wie wir es gern gewollt hätten. Das Anwesen ist wirklich wunderschön! Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft und alles Gute für Euch!

Italian Country Bliss
The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The home was welcoming and we felt relaxed in no time at all. The grounds were beautiful with so many flowers and native song birds. Charming and Vintage Tuscany!
This is a charming Tuscany home with a good amount of space and all the amenities you will need. The hosts are friendly, attentive, and helpful, and can offer a number of good tips and recommendations. Bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen has what you need, and there are many options for seating and where you spend time together. Like any place in Tuscany, you have to drive a bit to get to places, but it was great. You will want to rent a car. We rented Vespas for a day, took the train to Florence, and visited a few towns. Enjoy!

Beautiful scenery!
Home was simple and lovely. The views were serene and picturesque. The hosts, who live on the property, were wonderful. They let us visit with their horse and even shared plenty of fresh veggies from the garden. If you’re looking to relax and enjoy the countryside this is your place. If you’re looking for every modern convenience you may want to consider something else. One day we drove to siena and montepulciano and the next day we headed to Florence for the day. It was quite a bit of driving but didn’t bother us, so needless to say we didn’t spend our days at the home just the nights and mornings. And it was lovely.

Family Trip to Tuscany
This house is in a very charming location and easy to drive to other destinations. The couple that lives there is very nice and helpful. We were a family group of 7 with 3 older parents in their early 80’s but in pretty good shape. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the stairs are not easy. I was very concerned for the older ones using the stairs as the top section does not have a railing. We could not take our suitcases up the stairs as they were heavy and it wasn’t easy to navigate, so we just had to leave them downstairs and carry what we needed up. We watched the older people very carefully every time they used the steps. If you have any concern of steps….this is not the house for you! Other than that the house is very charming and the couple that are there are very nice and accommodating.

Eine wundervolle Zeit!
Das Haus und die Umgebung sind wunderschön und ruhig. Es ist reichlich Platz für alle. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Die Küche ist reichlich ausgestattet. Und das Bad ist wunderschön. Das Einchecken war völlig problemlos. Myriam und Michele sind wunderbare Menschen, sehr aufmerksam aber völlig unaufdringlich. Sie helfen gern bei allen Fragen,die man so hat. Es war eine wirklich wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit. Jederzeit wieder. 🥰

A beautiful few days in the Tuscan countryside
We enjoyed staying here very much. It is a classic Tuscan farmhouse in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed the hosts very much. They were helpful and fun and made the stay very enjoyable. Magical
We have had many holidays in houses with similar features - pool, views, away from it all, but not too remote - and we have loved them all, but none as much as this one. The house itself is glorious, spacious and very calming. Myriam and Michele are a friendly but unobtrusive presence in the other half. The pool is the nicest we have ever swum in. The views are lovely. It's an old house, lovingly maintained, charmingly furnished and well cleaned. As it is an old house, It might not suit those who like a luxury hotel 'finish', but for anyone else, we highly recommend a stay here.

Alles lief super der Host ist super freundlich und angenehm. Tolles Anwesen das keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Die Umgebung ist wundervoll mit tollen Möglichkeiten eine wunderbare Zeit zu haben. Auch Tagesausflüge nach Rom oder Florenz sind ohne Mühen möglich.

Everything To Enjoy Tuscany
No need to say that Tuscany has everything to guarantee a wonderful vacation. The location of the house was perfect for us - we visited several beautiful towns around and even went to the beach which was a 2-hour drive. The pool was greatly appreciated by everyone and the view was just amazing. Myriam was really sweet, she had good recommandations on the places worth a visit and on restaurants. Wonderful Time with Family
Our family of nine (6 adults and 3 young children) had a wonderful stay at this property. The pool was very much enjoyed during this hot weather season and Myriam, our hostess, was very accommodating in buying an additional fan so that each bedroom could be cooled. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well appointed with all appliances in good working condition as our daughter-In-law cooked most every meal. Perfect Farmhouse
We loved our stay here. The house is rustic and charmingly decorated. We felt at home and transported to a simpler more romantic time. We lacked nothing, enjoyed the pool, the spaciousness of the living quarters, the outdoor eating area, and the wood burning BBQ. Added bonus for us was the ability to interact with the animals living here, Otto and Neo, the dogs, Giacomo, the cat, and the two horses whose names are difficult but whose personalities are awesome. Our host Myriam was incredible. She even taught us how to make pesto. We split our time between enjoying the peace of the house and exploring nearby towns. It could not have been better. The time here was not nearly enough. It was perfect.

Neun wunderschöne Tage!
Wir,4 Erwachsene,verbrachten im Mai 2022 9 herrliche Tage in diesem alten Landhaus und haben jeden Tag genossen!Da wir nur schönes Wetter hatten,hielten wir uns -wenn wir nicht auf Besichtigungstouren waren -hauptsächlich im Freien auf und konnten gar nicht genug bekommen von diesem parkähnlichen,gepflegten Garten mit seinen üppig blühenden Rosen in allen Farben und Variationen,dem großen Pool mit angenehmem und sauberstem Wasser,der Ruhe - höchstens "unterbrochen" vom Nachtigallengesang und dem Schnauben der 2 Pferde - einfach ein Traum!!!Das Haus selbst wurde liebevoll mit alten Möbeln und Dekorationen ausgestattet.Die Betten waren sehr bequem und für bestes Schlafen geeignet!Hervorheben möchten wir auch den netten Kontakt zu den sehr sympathisch en und zurückhaltenden Besitzern Myriam und Michele- wir hätten es noch viel länger dort ausgehalten!!!DANKE!DANKE!!DANKE!! Diese Unterkunft ist bestens geeignet für Menschen, die eine herrliche Natur,Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben(die Straße ist trotzdem nicht weit entfernt),die auch (freundlichen)Hunden,einer zauberhaften Katze und Pferden zugeneigt sind und die auch über kleine Unzulänglichkeiten hinwegsehen können!!

Great property for a family vacation
For our family of 5, this charming country home suited our needs in every way. It was spacious and very comfortable and provided us with the relaxing vacation we were looking for. The outdoor space was abundant and the views of the countryside spectacular! We were able to use the pool toward the end of our stay when the weather was warmer. The location of the property was very private but yet we had easy access to the towns of Cetona and Citta della Pieve where we found numerous good restaurants, gelato shops, and grocery shopping. Myriam and Michele were great hosts and were very helpful in directing us to places to visit and getting our daughter to a clinic when she was ill. We would definitely like to come back for another stay in the near future.

We stayed at this property for two weeks in April and loved every minute of it. Myriam and Mikel were perfect hosts, available for whatever we needed and extraordinarily mindful of our privacy. By the end of our stay, we were hugging good bye like old friends. The house is rich in rustic charm with every imaginable item you need to cook great meals or lounge by the pool. There are many areas to sit and relax and throughout the day found ourselves moving to different spots to catch the sun (or avoid it!). Despite it being mid-April, the pool was open and inviting. It’s not heated so it was bracing to say the least, the water clean and sweet. As the weather warms, it will be a welcome respite. The house is convenient to shopping, restaurants and gelato and there is a weekly farmers market nearby. At the same time it’s quiet and private at the end of a half mile dirt road. You will find heaven in Italy at this wonderful house. We will definitely return!

Landleben pur an der Grenze zwischen Umbrien & Toskana
Authentisches Landhaus im Toskana-Stil, sehr geräumig, innen wie aussen. Es gibt "nur" zwei Bäder/Toiletten, wobei sich eine im Erdgeschoss befindet. Küche sehr groß mit tollem Gasherd und Backofen, hervorragend zum Kochen auch für größere Gruppen geeignet. Griller vorhanden. Verwalter leben im gleichen Haus, sind aber "unsichtbar", allerdings immer da, wenn etwas gebraucht wird. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Charme siegt über Luxus-Schnickschnack. Die Anfahrt ist der Region entsprechend über eine unbefestigte Strasse aber ohne Probleme mit normalem PKW zu bewältigen. Wir haben vor allem die Laube vorne mit dem großen Tisch und Griller am Abend sehr genossen. Am Morgen haben wir das Frühstück immer unten beim Pool auf der 2. Terrasse genommen. Dort könnten eventuell die Plastikmöbel ebenfalls gegen charmatere Holz- oder Metallmöbel ausgetauscht werden, das ist allerdings schon eine Anmerkung auf hohem Niveau ;-) Empfehlung! Besonders für Freundespaare und Familien.

Wunderschönes Landhaus in idyllischer Lage
Wir, 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen, 5 Kindern und 1 Hund, haben zwei traumhafte Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Landhaus verbracht. Das über 100 Jahre alte, stilvoll renovierte Haus bietet Platz für 8-10 Personen. Es gibt 1 größeres Badezimmer im 1. Stock und ein kleines im Parterre. Die Küche ist sehr großzügig mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Nebem dem großen Esstisch im Haus gibt es einen überdachten Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse sowie einen großen Frühstücksplatz im Halbschatten von Zypressen. Die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir am großen Pool und genossen die traumhafte Aussicht auf die toskanische Landschaft. Die Vermieter Miriam und Michele wohnen in einem abgetrennten Teil des gleichen Hauses, sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei jedoch zurückhaltend. Vielen Dank, Miriam für die großzügige Versorgung mit selbstgezogenem Gemüse und Zucchiniblüten! Die drei Hunde von Miriam und Michele sind ältere, freundliche Hütehunde, die sich auch mit unserem Hund problemlos angefreundet haben. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits der Straßen, ist über einen Schotterweg zu erreichen und sehr ruhig gelegen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche kleine Orte und Städtchen, wie z.B. Citta del Pieve und Pienza, die unbedingt einen Besuch lohnen. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und würden sehr gerne wieder hierher kommen!

A fantastic stay
We had a great week in this fantastic house. The hosts are helpful and friendly and we got a warm welcome. There is a lot of space both in the house and the garden. Our family spent most of the time around the pool.

Heerlijk huis met alle comfort, lekker zwembad
Groot huis, goed voor 10 personen. Goede indeling, prima schaduwrijke plekjes. Ruime eetgelegenheid buiten onder afdakje. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is op de grens Toscane en Umbrië.

Eine schöne und erholsame Woche verbracht
Wir waren für eine Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Teenis und einem Hund dort. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders der Pool. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick vom Pool aus. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne würden wir nochmal wieder kommen.

Cudowne wakacje!
Piękne, klimatyczne miejsce ,które pozwala odpocząć od zgiełku miasta. Wspaniali gospodarze,pomocni w każdym czasie a jednocześnie niezauważalni. Dom w którym jakby czas się zatrzymał spełniający wszystkie potrzeby, basen duży bezpieczny, ogród cały w kwiatach, dostojne konie sportowe, przyjazne psy i kot. Naprawdę polecam lubiącym te klimaty.

Ein Traum in der Toskana - mit herzlichen Gastgebern
Frisch zurück aus der Toskana von diesem wunderbaren Ort. Mirijam und Michelle wohnen auch im Haus und kümmern sich um ihre Gäste ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Besonders für Familien ist das Haus und das Grundstück toll. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten von denen man die schöne Aussicht genießen kann. Die drei Hunde Io, Oto und Io begrüßen alle mit einem Bellen. Uns hat das nicht gestört und die Kinder eher begeistert, wissen sollte man es jedoch. Die Pferde sind toll und man hat das Gefühl mit in das Leben einzutauchen. Das Haus ist ein altes Bauernhaus mit Liebe eingerichtet. Sicherlich nicht die modernste und neueste Ausstattung aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir möchten wiederkommen1

Really lovely place
It´s a really lovely place, surrounded by beautiful views. Excellent for those who are seeking privacy but would like to have villages, resturants, wineries and other activities nearby. Wonderful and very warm hospitality from the owners who are really helpful all the time. Definitely a place to reccommend for friends and to come back in one day.
