Good afternoon Ma'am,Please accept my apologies for your unpleasant experience with us during your recent stay. Ma'am, we are scheduled for a renovation over the next few months. As far as your issue with the shuttle service, I wish to apologize for that as well. Not making any excuses but sometimes the shuttles can be a bit challenging. We offer shuttle service 24 hours; however, during peak times at the airport, the turnaround time can vary from 15 to 20 minutes (traffic pending). Unfortunately, due the high demand of our shuttle service, we do require you call us once you've landed so that we can get a shuttle to you as soon as possible. I'm going to look to see when associate checked you in because we have total control on being professional and if for some reason we were not, then I need to address that with the staff. I will take the time to retrain our staff on greeting our guests in a more friendly manner. You are correct, we shouldn't preach hospitality and not deliver. As far as the orange juice not being included with your breakfast. This is an IHG policy not, Holiday Inn. I agree with you, it needs to be addressed.
