The house is split over 2 floors with the ground floor having 2 x bedrooms (1 king size and 1 double), bathroom, living and kitchen. The same layout is mirrored in the floor above.
The space
As you enter the property there are separate entrances for the ground and first floor apartment inside the hallway. The first floor consists of:
o Bedrooms – On the ground floor there is one large king- sized bed (master bedroom) and one double bedroom (second bedroom) with luxury bedding. On the second floor there is a large king-sized bedroom and double bedroom with luxury bedding. Freshly laundered white linen and luxurious Egyptian cotton towels will be provided for you at the start of your stay. Hairdryers are provided in each of the master bedrooms.
o Living room - large sofa, smart TV, dining table and chairs on the ground floor. A second bedroom on the second floor with a large sofa, smart TV, dining table and chairs.
o Bathroom – downstairs there is a large Victorian roll top freestanding bath and separate shower. On the first floor there is a large walk-in wet room shower with a double headed rainfall shower, light up vanity mirror in a very modern styled bathroom. Bathroom amenities provided.
o Kitchen - Whilst there are many incredible restaurants in Chester, see our welcome pack for some excellent recommendations, the kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook a meal in with family, friends or colleagues. There is also a Nespresso machine available for your use.
o Outdoor space – there is an outdoor seating area for the warmer months.
