The Spa is located on the first floor and includes two treatment rooms with a relaxation area, however there's currently no wet facilities such as jacuzzi, sauna etc. In order to gain access, you would be required to book an appointment with a therapist. Furthermore, the extractor fan in the room circulates fresh air in, and ensures the temperature of the room is regulated to a comfortable degree. I am disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your recent stay with us, our team did call all of our guests to see if the would like to make a table booking and this is also in the email confirmation to make a table booking with the room booking. Unfortunately we do not block out tables for guests as not all guests want to dine in the hotel on the evening as we have a wide customer range, meaning the hotel would their for loose out on other guests.
