This is very common for most or all the hotels in Thailand/Southeast Asia as we are in a tropical region. Hello, We deeply apologized for the many issues you experienced during your stay with us. For the hot water, we have fixed the problem in your room. As for our staff, there might be a miscommunication about the beach bed and parasols. In the future please present any issue to the front desk manager so he can help you right away. Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a feedback and letting us know about the Wi-Fi signal in your room. We are sorry that you were having an issue with the signal. We recently upgraded all the rooms to have their own wireless router so there shouldn't be any problem. For your case, I will have my IT guy check on it to see what can be the caused.
