● The Bedroom
Located on the second floor includes:
- One spacious bedroom with two king-size beds, Three sofa beds, and two en-suite bathrooms. A cozy dining area (No kitchen)
- Non smoking room.
This exclusive space is perfect for 2-4 guests, ensuring complete privacy and safety as no other groups will be sharing the floor.

● Guest Guidelines
- The room rate is strictly for guests aged 18 and above.
- Due to safety concerns with the stairs, children are not allowed.
- Accurate guest numbers must be provided at booking; any unregistered guests will be asked to leave immediately.
- Check-in is until 10:00 PM. No refunds for no-shows.

● Complimentary pick-up Service
Pick-up service is available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and does not include drop-off.

● Extra Services

Guest access
You will have access to free unlimited in-room WiFi, a 55" LED smart TV, complimentary coffee, tea, and one bottle of drinking water per guest per night. Additionally, there is a fridge and a microwave available for quick meals. (No kitchen)

During your stay
We let you enjoy your stay with peace of mind. However, we live at the house so we are always available for help, guidance, and advice on things of interest to do and see.

Other things to note
● The property lacks railings on the stairs, so for safety, children are not permitted.
● Smoking, alcohol, drugs, weed, gambling, and parties are strictly prohibited inside the house. Fine of 2,000 Baht will be imposed for violations.
● A designated smoking area is provided in the garden.
● Kindly remove your shoes upon entering; slippers are provided for your comfort.
● There's no in-house laundry service; however, a coin laundry is available just a 5-minute drive away.
● Please provide accurate guest numbers upon booking; any unregistered guests will be asked to leave immediately. If allowed to stay, a surcharge of 500 Baht per person per night will apply.
● Filming for movies, production, YouTube, photoshoots, etc., must be approved by the host before making a reservation.
