Thank you for your review. Our pool is closed for the season. We do have a full-service Restaurant including a Bar. Food is served 'A la Carte'. We appreciate your business.

Besides the mini fridge that wouldnt stop making noises, its not a bad hotel. Would stay there again.

Thank you for your review. I am so sorry for the strong smell of smoke in your room. Our hotel is a 100% nonsmoking but unfortunately, we will find some guests that smoke in the room despite the penalty in place. I hope you will give us another opportunity to prove ourselves.

We are a 'Best Western Plus' with a full service restaurant. Our restaurant is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner along with the Bar. B'fast can be ordered off the menu and we have a Buffet over the weekend. Unfortunately we do not offer complimentary food in our Restaurant.

Great stay at Best Western
I booked through hotels.com, but i didnt write down the itinerary number. I thought i would get an email with the info for the booking. I was starting to get worried, because we needed to start driving up there before a snowstorm hit. Finally, i got the direct number for the hotel. The lady there loojwd up my name and reassured me we were good. Had a quick check-in and a restful night. They deserve 5 stars for their service and for a great stay. I finally got my itinerary email long after we were checked in. Good thing i didnt need it by then.

Excellent stay, excellent staff
The staff were great. Breakfast seem little expensive and not really brunch as advertised for the price but it was ok. Location was ok as we book for the expo show.

Local smoking hangout
Seem like this has turned into the hotel for the locals. It was loud i smelled marijuana both day and night. The rooms are in desperate need of an update.

Sorry we did not meet with your expectations. Our hotel is a 100 nonsmoking hotel and we do charge our guests a 250 fee if we find that the guests have smoked in the room.
