Great location close to some top Chicago restaurants. Great walking options. Parking is high, might want to look for other options. We found one close by.

Check-in was quick, staff was friendly. Our room was on the end, so it was very large. We had great views of the city.

We will definitely be staying here again! Great location, clean room, and great service. They even have a great complimentary breakfast which is a must have in a city like Chicago. The staff was great also. We had to switch trains for an earlier one due to weather and got into Chicago in the AM. Check in is 4pm and with two small children we were worried about what to do for hours but the staff helped us out and luckily had a room available.

Great location for a concert at the United Center! Loved that the parking garage was right there. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and the breakfast bar was great! Loved it!

We were not familiar with this area. We saw the parking garage but wasnt sure about going in before being a registered guest. We went to the first parking spot we could find and called the hotel. The employee was very helpful and answered our questions. We did find the parking spaces very narrow as we were in a Ford Expanded cab truck. But since i have a handicap tag, we found a spot. There was not many btw. Anyway, we found the checkin desk, it was speedy and friendly and went to our room. The room was very nice and clean. It was great actually. The breakfast was good too. Our stay was awesome.

Convenient location for an event at the United Center. Excellent room for very affordable price. only 10 minute uber ride. Safe location. very nice area. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Staff was terrific!

On-site laundry on the 5th floor. After a week of traveling, this was a welcome amenity. Washer/dryer was free but you had to buy soap next to reception if you did not bring your own. But that was fine. Also not used to this but you enter the building and go up to the 4th floor to register. Rooms are 6th to 24th floor.

It was good. The parking was a bit confusing because the page said it was free but we still got charged. Other than that it was a pretty standard hotel experience.

After having my flight home cancelled and then the train cancel, I found the Hampton to be a haven, a place to rest and regroup, during a very cold and lonely weekend. The room was clean and had all that I needed. The warm breakfast was good and comforting.
