I was placed in a room that the mattress was saturated with urine and when I turned the bed down it absolutely reeked of stale urine. Staff did change me to a different room upon bringing it to their attention. The pool is dangerous and has only one small table to place personal items such as towels shoes etc. the rim to walk around the oool itself is super narrow , barely shoulder with and obviously soaked with water and slippery. It was extremely noisy being so confined that it actually is painful to the ears. Stayed there for the pool for my two small grandsons and was extremely dissapointed.

Room was out of 1970. Holes in carpet. No coffee stirrers in room with coffee stuff. Bed was a 2 out of 10. Elevator door barely opens (takes like 30 seconds). Just a run down place.

The room was fairly comfortable. The staff were friendly and it was clean. The room had a persistent order that didn’t appear to have a source. It just smelled musty and there was no way to get better ventilation or alleviate the smell.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a truly comfortable and clean experience. The professionalism of the staff was evident throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, and the attention to detail in cleanliness was commendable. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and their professionalism was consistently on display. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and clean place to stay with exceptional service.

I Holiday Inn an Crestwood is somewhere I visit at least twice a month sometimes so it's obvious that I like it however, this visit was the worst I've ever had. I had just gotten out of the tub and decided I wanted to watch television only to see that the television did not work, I couldn't take a bath because the stopper in the tub did not go all the way down so I had to stick towels in the drain in order to take a bath. When I went to turn on the television, it didn't work so I called downstairs and I asked if they could bring batteries for the remote there was a young lady that told me no sweetie. You have to come down yourself and get the batteries, I said, first of all my name is not sweetie and I'm probably old enough to be your mother and you need to address me as such. She got smart with me over the phone being very combative. There was a nice young man that came upstairs with batteries for the remote and I was able to watch television I've decided to go downstairs to address the young lady for calling me sweetie and to tell her that wasn't professional. She ended up again being very combative. Another young lady decided to join in on her side, telling me how they didn't have to bring batteries up after a certain time I explain to her head rooms been checked you would've known that my TV was not working properly and that my tub did not stop up properly. I ended up coming upstairs very upset, and my whole night was ruined.

Breakfest was terrible. Out of many items hot & cold. This was @8:55am on Sunday. Breakfast served till 10:30am. Hotel employee was sitting in dining area just talking with a friend. Carpeting in room was very dirty looking. In need of an update. Better management would help.

The property does not do daily housekeeping. I was brought up sheets and had to make my own bed and change my own garage and set it outside my door. I was charged full price for each day as they still blame it on Covid. I had to ask for fresh towels rack day of my 5 day stay. When I finally had enough and spoke to a manager she said she would make it “worth my while “ and was apologetic but nothing no credit nothing absolutely terrible!!!!!!
