Great for large family
The house was great! Way bigger than expected. We had a group of 7 staying, including infants to teens and there was plenty of space and things to do. The view of the river from the dinning room is amazing!!!

Cozy, great view, private
Really liked my stay during this trip. It was just my partner and I and we loved the place. Pictures are accurate to the actual home and we had a great time. Owners were quick to respond and only had a couple minor issues. Would stay here again, especially in the summer.

Cousin weekend
We had a wonderful stay, the house is very big and well kept. We truly enjoyed sitting on the porch watching all the boats and barges going by. Also there were concerts across the river 2 off the nights that we were there so it was very enjoyable being able to hear that in the evenings. It was a little too chilly the dates we went for using the pool but a couple of us did try it! The pool was clean. The house is very close to a lot of amenities in Cincinnati. The ice maker didn’t work so you will need to buy bags of ice but that’s a minor inconvenience. I would say the landscaping could definitely use some work, it’s very weedy and the greenery in the front of the porch is kind of out of control. It doesn’t block the river view but it is a hindrance. Over all we had a great time!

Great for guys golf outing
We stayed with 12 guys for our annual golf trip, and it was a perfect place for us, located near some of the nicest courses in Cincinnati. Heather was very easy to work with. We had plenty of towels and the pool was nice. We would be willing to pay more next time if there was also a hot tub.

Family/Friend getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great with the river in front. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the barges and trains go by. It was convenient to the Creation Musueum and the Ark. The house was plenty big. There was an issue with the water pump from the well cutting out and the coffee maker not working, but Heather was great in communicating and fixed the issues. My only complaint was the house was not the cleanest. The people before us must have spilled ice cream or something in the freezer and it was on the bottom. The kitchen floor was a little sticky, and the downstairs sofa had food wrappers and empty bottles under it. Really not that big of a deal, but it could've been neater. Overall a great place to stay! 🤗

Amazing
Heather did a great job. Everything was nice and clean the pool is amazing she even shipped us light for night time swimming going forward add lights all around but beside that we had a great time the view is spectacular. Probably can add a couple of tvs in bedrooms. It was 9 out 10 and we will be back thanks again!!!

It’s was a very nice stay. My only suggestion would be to have the landscapers weed the flower beds around the house because the property is so pretty. Also to have more kitchen towel’s available would have been helpful. But non of this is a deal breaker. We all enjoyed our stay and the teenage boys loved the pool.

Incredible getaway home!
This is a big house in a beautiful location! Fantastic pool area, fire pit, patio and plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out with a large group! 100 percent recommended if you have a big group and want to have a great location to gather and swim and cookout! Definitely hope to return! Oh and its directly a ross the river from Riverbend if youre attending a concert!

Family vacation
This property is wonderful. Plenty of room for the 15 in our party. The pool was awesome. Outdoor areas were large enough to do outdoor activities. Fire pit at night was great for making s’mores. Had a concert across the river going on Hank Williams Jr. and could hear the music. Communication with the owner was very good as well. We will stay here again

Great Family Location
This was a great location for our family of 7, 5 adults & 2 small children. It was centrally located for the activities we had planned. We were about 45 minutes to Ark Encounter & about 15-20 minutes to Newport Aquarium & Cincinnati Zoo. It was nice to be able to cool off in the pool after a hot day sightseeing & later cook smores around the firepit. The house had more than plenty of room for everyone. It was also nice to sit on the front porch & watch the boats go by. We were pleasantly surprised that our host had a bottle of wine on the counter as a welcome gift, bottled water in the frig, & firewood for the firepit. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment & utensils needed for your cooking needs. The livingroom had books of all kinds for reading & a few family games. The only down side was there was quite a bit of traffic & pretty noisy & trying to get towels all washed & dried prior to a 10 am check out. Overall, it was the perfect set up for our family vacation.

Relaxing River View & Pool
Overall a nice place to stay with family. The pool was a nice size and was used every day of our stay. The kitchen is a nice size for a large group. Cincinnati attractions are close and easy to get to. There is a little town close by that has a nice park and an ice cream shop, as well as good pizza. The road the house sits on is very busy, but the view of the river and the rockers help you ignore the noise. The largest bathroom is in the basement which made it a little inconvenient for all to use - especially when the kids were asleep.

Fun family stay!
This house was perfect for our party of 8 + infant. The pool was a hit, the view was nice, the house was very well equipped and there was plenty of space. However I wouldn't recommend for young toddlers as there are steps in the main living area and the pool drops drastically from 3 feet to 8! There was a maintenance person to check on the pool twice during our 6 night stay. The place is starting to show it's age a bit and repairs aren't being made, such as the kitchen fan. The main room was spotless, but the bedrooms and bathrooms could have used a better cleaning, as there was visible dirt and dust, especially after paying the extra covid cleaning fee. Given those things, I would still recommend! Overall, it was a great stay

50 Birthday Weekend
Inside home was as pictured! Outside was in need of upkeep and trash removal. Pool was not functioning appropriately and was told not to run pump. Tried to enjoy special weekend adult birthday celebration, just wish everything was as pictured!!

Amazing property with great view
We stayed two nights. The house was great and had everything we needed to grill out and hang by the pool. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The check in/out process was easy. The view of the river was incredible.

A nice home near Cincinnati
The owner contacted me and gave me her cell phone so we could text each other. She was so nice and welcoming! Any time I had a question she responded quickly. This was the first time I had rented a home. I wish I had known that there was a booklet near the kitchen with more information about the property. We had some trouble with the old furniture in the basement. I wish there had been a grab bar near the toilet to help me get up.

Great house over looking the river
The house was perfect for a group of 10. Everyone was very comfortable and the house was clean and updated. It over looks the river and the pool was excellent. Not too far from downtown either, just a quick 10-15 minute drive.

Perfect location for visiting Creation Museum and the Ark
This place was amazing! We were within just a few minutes of everything we needed for shopping, a half hour from Creation Museum and 45 from the Ark and yet it seemed it was just us with the beautiful river flowing by. It was relaxing to watch the huge barges slowly drift by while relaxing in the very comfortable rocking chairs on the front porch. We had 8 children with us and they were entranced with the house. If you have a big group, bring a big pot for cooking. Heather was a delight to work with!

Tiffany, thank you for your feedback. It’s always appreciated as we take it very seriously. We had no idea about the grill and hood vent. Not sure what band power cords means, But we do safety inspections regularly. We will take note of this.

Great Getaway for Girls Weekend
Annually a group of friends and I like to go away and enjoy a relaxing weekend not taking care of others and spend time together. This house was perfect. Large open, inviting kitchen. Large living space with plenty of seating. Excellent WiFi and opportunity to enjoy catching up Netflix shows. The pool was clean with a lot of lounge chairs. The fire pit had ample seating and fully stocked wood. Bedrooms for each of us to have our own and we could have easily added a couple more if they wanted to bunk on top. Property Manager - The little times I had questions, she was quick to respond. Cleanliness - Floors, beds, and bathroom are all tip top shape. Areas of improvement would be the kitchen cupboards and dishes seemed to need some attention. The grill and fire pit area did not get picked up prior to arrival, but nothing that would keep me away from staying here again. Landscaping- Could use a little love. While grass was cut, there is a lot of weeds around the pool and fence. But nothing to keep us from enjoying the outdoors. Location - Super close to Cincinnati, but keep in mind that this is not really near much for a quick pickup . So come prepared with food or be prepared to drive 10 mins to pick up supplies.

Great gathering place
Three families came together at this property and it was a perfect place to be together around the holidays. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Working with the owner was easy - she was always very responsive. Would definitely recommend for people wanting to gather near Cincinnati.

Get Away on the Ohio River
Great location. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to get to most areas around Cincinnati in short time. Great view of the river. House is great for large groups.

Girls Weekend #11 2019
Our crew thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Some positives: location and getting to watch barges on the river, trains, and Christmas lights from Coney Island. We have stayed in a lot of different places in 11 years and this was one of the most well-supplied homes with bottled water, fully stocked kitchen with lots of extras, plenty of linens and towels, shampoo, soap, blow dryer, etc. The owner left a bottle of wine as a gift--nice touch! Beds were comfortable but would like better pillows. With basement bunkbeds, we were easily able to sleep our group of 15. Heat, hot water, TVs worked great. Two disappointments: the range hood in kitchen would not work and we needed the lighting and vent fan when we were making meals. We also were not able to use the fireplace even though firewood was readily provided (there is also a firepit on roomy back porch). The sunken living area off the kitchen is a neat room but needs freshened up (better lighting and newer seating). Overall we were comfortable, felt secure, and liked the home for our annual get-together.

Western and Southern Tennis
We stayed at his property for the Western Southern Tennis tournament. It was a great house and everything we expected. It was a bit farther from Mason than we hoped but checked all the other boxes that we needed. The pool was great and definitely recommend the property.

Girl's Weekend
This house was perfect for our girls weekend trip! It was large enough to sleep all 13 of us and we had great weather to utilize the pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner and there was ample seating for everyone. We were lucky enough to be able to hear the Thomas Rhett concert Friday night from the front porch which was a great surprise! The house was very clean as well. Highly recommend!

Great location and very relaxing
My grandchildren loved the pool and the whole basement to themselves. I loved rocking on the front porch watching the river. The kitchen was equipped with everything including a refrigerator stocked with cold water. We had stayed here last fall. We will be back for another relaxing visit. Cincinnati zoo was relatively close for a day trip. .Property manager Heather was very efficient and always helpful. Thanks!

Great home on a great river
Heather couldn’t have been more gracious. Fresh cut flowers, wine, snacks and cold water were a wonderful welcome! After a very hot drive from Wisconsin we thoroughly enjoyed the refreshments. Then a quick jump into the welcoming pool was just what we needed. The home was well equipped with everything a family of 11 could want. Very clean and large. Room for all. Close to everything. Great place to stay !
We came to Kentucky to see the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter and stayed for 4 nights at this house. There were 8 grandkids and 6 adults and we had plenty of space to enjoy both inside and out. The family absolutely LOVED the pool, it was clean and well maintained and we enjoyed it immensely. The house was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals for that large of a group. The view from the front porch was awesome and we had some great chilling out time sitting in the rockers overlooking the river. The beds were comfortable and everything about the place was welcoming, clean, and user friendly. The owners are very gracious and easy to work with and made us feel very welcomed. All in all it was a great experience and our family would like to thank Heather for making our stay so enjoyable. One of the grandkids said the best part of the trip was being in this house (I think he really loved the pool the best).
