Welcome to your exclusive retreat in the sky, courtesy of KCM Management. Our Penthouse Suite, perched high above the bustling streets of Cleveland, is an enclave of luxury designed to provide you and your companions with an unforgettable stay.

The Residence
Step into our sumptuously appointed Penthouse, a harmonious blend of comfort and elegance, tailored to satisfy your every need. The kitchen, a modern culinary haven, comes replete with high-end appliances, a state-of-the-art Keurig coffee machine, and a selection of essential cookware, perfect for crafting intimate meals in the serenity of your elevated abode. A convenient in-suite laundry facility, equipped with a washer and dryer, is at your disposal for all your wardrobe refreshments.

Our generous three-bedroom configuration is thoughtfully supplied with six plush towels and washcloths to commence your indulgent experience. Should the need arise for additional linens, we are on hand to fulfill your request.

Please be advised that while an elevator will carry you to the 15th floor, your journey to the pinnacle—our penthouse—includes a brief ascent via two staircases.

Transport & Parking
We kindly remind you that on-site parking is not included with your reservation. Street parking is limited, and nearby paid parking solutions are available. For your convenience, the ParkMobile app can assist in locating the most suitable parking facilities.

Amenities & Entertainment
Once you cross the threshold, consider our Penthouse your personal domain. All items within are provided for your enjoyment—settle in and make it your home away from home. While traditional cable television is not a feature of the property, cutting-edge Roku TVs are provided, through which you may access popular streaming platforms such as Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and others using your personal accounts.

Arrival & Quiet Hours
Your urban sanctuary is available for entry after 4 pm, accessible via a secure lockbox system to retrieve your keys. We hold the tranquility of our community in high regard and request that you honor the quiet hours established for the peace of all residents. While families with small children are indeed welcome, please note that our home is not specifically childproofed.

Booking & Checkout
For the integrity of our booking process, we ask that reservations be made under your full legal name.

Departure is scheduled for 11 am, with the gracious offer of a complimentary extension to 11 am, subject to a 24-hour prior request. Should your itinerary require additional time, we can accommodate a late checkout up until 1 pm for an additional fee of $35 per hour.

Occupancy & Gatherings
Our residence adheres to local and state occupancy regulations. It is incumbent upon our guests to observe these guidelines; noncompliance may carry legal implications. We encourage you to review the listed occupancy limitations in relation to the bed count to ensure the accommodation meets your requirements.

In our commitment to providing a serene and undisturbed experience for all, we uphold a strict no-party policy. To monitor and maintain this standard, we employ a discrete noise sensor that measures sound levels without recording, ensuring your privacy and peace of mind.

Thank you for choosing 1600 Penthouse - A KCM Property for your stay. To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests, please familiarize yourself with our house rules and associated penalties:

1. No Parties

No Party Policy: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited within our units. Violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500 if evidence of a party is found, along with immediate eviction and potential forfeiture of your security deposit.

2. No Pets

No Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments. Evidence of a guest having a pet(s) on the property will result in a penalty of $200 per pet, potential eviction, and possible loss of the security deposit.

3. Excessive Cleaning Penalties

Excessive Cleaning: Routine cleaning is performed after every checkout. However, leaving the unit excessively dirty will result in a penalty of $50 per hour for additional cleaning requirements beyond the norm.

4. Smoke-Free Environment

1600 Penthouse is a smoke-free property. Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in a $175 fine.

5. Guests must complete the online check-in form and sign the rental agreement in order to receive check-in instructions and access to the apartment.

The above rules are non-negotiable.
