Tree High Retreat - Downtown w/ Private Yard

It's all about location...Come enjoy the cool pines of Cloudcroft in your own little Mountain Retreat in downtown Cloudcroft! Seconds from shopping, restaurants, biking and hiking.
Eat, shop, bike, 4 wheel, ski/board, tube, ice skate during the winter.
You have full access to the fenced backyard.
This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment with a full kitchen, private entrance and large fenced yard to enjoy the cool pines! SMART TV and Netflix are included, so feel free to log into your streaming services while staying here, just be sure to log out! Most houses in Cloudcroft do not have air conditioning because of the great temps, so please not this unit does not as well. Secluded yet easily accessible
Wonderfully located, spacious place in the heart of Cloudcroft. Very well appointed, clean and quiet. My family throughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay here again. We loved being able to walk to everything in town. My only suggestion would be to add an ironing board and iron in the unit.

Peaceful getaway near everything
I stayed at Tree High Retreat over Presidents' Day weekend in February. It is nice and peaceful and right in the middle of town. Walking distance to just about everything and just a 5 minute drive to the ski resort.

Weekend getaway
Had a great weekend. Property is in a perfect spot in the middle of the village. Had everything we needed. Nice size tv in the living room and good internet. Plenty of room for 4 people. There is not an electrical outlet in the bathroom but was not a big deal just an adjustment. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything
Property was clean and well stocked. Main drag is just a short walk away. Smell from smokehouse was icing on the cake!

Cute little place to stay away from big cities but just an hour or two drive to other things you may want to see. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, convenient, and clean
The cozy apartment we stayed in was perfect for us. Located in Cloudcroft, in the heart of the happenings was so convenient and squeaky! There are numerous stores in and around Cloudcroft that are easily accessible via a quiet stroll or short drive. One of the highlights of the trip was that apartment is located directly behind this AMAZING Barbecue restaurant named Mad Jack’s Mountaintop Barbecue. It is a must if you stay here but get there early or else you’ll miss out. They only stay open for a few hours from Thursday to Sunday 11-3. Another highlight was The Overlook which boasts views pictures can do no justice. We originally came here for a graduation but ended up experiencing so much more! The one and only thing we would’ve loved was an iron and ironing board because we did have a ceremony to attend. Overall this lovely apartment was spectacular in all the ways one would desire!
