We are sorry you had this experience. To be clear the lock was not broken, Due to the remodel we were reprograming each of the locks. But I do understand the inconvenience of the maintenance having to let you in during the reprograming. Had we known about the chair and the smoke detector we would have made sure we made that right.

We are truly sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay. We would have ensured that you received a microwave and fridge had we known while you were here. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Currently we are undergoing a front office re-model. We are sorry if this distruptered your stay. We are working quickly to complete this. Although we have staff that are dedicated to cleaning up, we have guest that will through cigarette's between that time. For the blankets and pillows I think there was a misunderstanding.After a time they had them at the front desk for you because late at night they do not have the staff to send up be had them ready for you to get.

We are sorry that you had that experience, although we continually are an effort to ensure the grounds are clean for our guest. Sometimes we get behind during clean up. I do know that the weekend that you stay we had several birthday parties that created much more trash than usual. If your room was not up to par we alway make it right on property.

while I understand that you did not enjoy your experience please post an honest review. We have not been serving any breakfast for over a month and when we did we never had a sick employee handling the food. Also no restaurants close at all. We have one in the lobby that serves a variety of hot food with a smile. We also clean our room daily and if there was any issue with it , we would have moved you immediately.
