Hotel a Coldwater

“The room had 2 queens which was nice. The carpet looked new as well as the paint. Everything appeared clean. The breakfast had waffles, grits, oatmeal packets, bananas, apples, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal, milk, juice. Seemed a great value for the money and right off the highway with several nearby restaurants including a what a burger in the adjacent parking lot.”

“Avoid this hotel. The staff took three hours to bring pillows to my room. They had small throw pillows on a king bed. The phone never worked despite notifying staff. Breakfast buffet was chicken eggs and rice. The bed was awful. It was sloped and very hard. The floors were sticky and looked in disrepair.”

“There are not a lot options for breakfast. The hotel doesn't serve free water and they do not have a gym. Also, They only have one washer and one dryer to wash clothes for the entire building.”

“Had to stay here last minute due to severe storms delaying my solo trip. This is seriously the greatest hotel in DeSoto County. Very polite, helpful, professional, and kind staff. The room was immaculate, peaceful, and the cleanest room I’ve stayed in. Will 100% return here next time I stop back into town. Only thing is the parking lot fills up quickly but not the end of the world.”
