This old fashioned style apartment suits all of your needs in Columbia. Located about a 3 minute drive and a 10 minute walk from downtown, this unit is perfect for your getaway!

You are provided with the entire space which has contactless check-in, free on-street parking, complimentary coffee, bedroom linens, dresser for clothes, extra blankets, bathroom linens, microwave, fully stocked kitchen and Smart TV with Roku.

This apartment is located within a 5 unit apartment building and there are other tenants living there. No worries though - noise normally isn’t a problem and you won’t have to share any space other than the entryway! The main entry door is shared with the rest of the building.

Washer/Dryer is not available for guests who book under a week (7 nights). Washer/Dryer is not located in the private apartment, but a facility is below you in the building. A unique code is required for entry. This will be available to guests who book 7 nights or more. Do not hesitate to ask if you are in need of it (even under 7 nights) as I am always willing to accommodate.

Kitchen: Stocked with complimentary coffee and sugar, seasonings of sorts, pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishware, microwave, air fryer, blender, oven, full-sized refrigerator and freezer with ice trays. There is also a back door located in the kitchen that will bring you out to a small balcony with accessible stairs. These stairs might be a little steep!

Living Room/Dining Room: Includes smart 40" Roku TV, free Wi-Fi access, one couch, one love seat, dining room table with 4 chairs, a spot to hang your jackets/coats and plenty of beautiful windows that allow an incredible amount of sunshine to shine through and brighten up the space! The walls have a gorgeous, light yellow hue which adds such a bright look to the old-fashioned style space.

Bedroom: One full-sized bed, one 5 drawer dresser, one nightstand with easy access outlets inside the drawer, full sized mirror and a bathroom within the bedroom.

Bathroom: Provided is a full shower/bath combo and all the linens you might need - bath towels, hand towels, washcloths. Hand soaps and shower soaps available during your stay, too!
