“Pensavamo fosse più vicino invece si trovava a 60 km da pittsburgh era in ristrutturazione e durante la notte si sentivano treni e camion passare , il personale per essere in america era poco cordiale la stanza era ok”

“Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have the typical icky hotel smell. There had been a lot of rain recently so it would have been beneficial to have a rug when you walk into the room to keep the floor dry and from getting dirty. A towel by the shower door would have been helpful too. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall, for the price, I’d stay there again. ”

“The hotel staff were super friendly and polite. When the A/C was pumping out a disgusting odor, I asked for help, and the maintenance man promptly replaced it with a better one. ”

“The room was terrible and not properly cleaned! Towels were stained with hair on several of them as well as the wash clothes! The toilet was severely stained inside the toilet bowl. The tub was stained as well as paint peeling in the inside of the tub! The sink water took over 5 minutes to get warm! The towel holder was dirty and dusty! The remote to the TV was dirty, sticky, and stained, i didn't even touch it! The fridge and microwave was dirty inside and out! This was the most terrible...

“I went there for the pool and the pool was great. The hot tub was currently out of order which isn't that big of a deal because the pool was awesome. But from the moment we got there things just weren't right. When we got into our room we opened the pull-out couch and it was full of crumbs and dirt. Then we got the pull out linens and there were yellow stains on them and they were obviously not clean.
