The young man at the desk made it possible for us to retrieve it and be on our way without spending a lot of time. “We had a terrible experience. They did not have the room we reserved and said the only room in the hotel that was available had less beds than we needed for our family. Then the room did not have enough pillows for my family and staff said there were no more pillows in the entire hotel. My child had to use a stuffed animal for a pillow. The pull out bed had no bedding. We were told several times the manager would contact us to make the situation right. Even after speaking to staff at the time...
